After the job was complete, he even called back to make sure we were satisfied, and everything was as we discussed. Then came the actual replacement of the roof! The Supervisor of our project was Eduardo, who was just as amazing as Travis. He was constantly communicating about what was happening and what to expect during the process. He let us know that if we had any questions or concerns, to contact him, and he would resolve or clarify so we were fully informed. Anytime I called Eduardo, he answered the phone and was available. Then if that wasnâ t enough, I received daily updates from the main office of what was going on the day before and what to expect that day. Total Home Roofing made this daunting process less stressful. They went out of their way to communicate and walk with us through this event. Thank you, Total Home Roofing, Travis, and Eduardo!

The quality of the workmanship was excellent. Their cleanup was not so good. In fact, the roof completed on 5-18-21 and today is May 30 and their extra supplies are still sitting next to my driveway. They started the project on time and communication was great the 1st day but then no one seemed to keep in touch. They said they were going to cover our pool before tear-off. Was not done until I reminded them and nails had already fallen in the pool on 2nd day. The crew were hard workers, but, their supervisor was spread too thin running from job to job. And then his supervisor was only fed information from him so every time I called, I got the runaround. Communication with this company is horrible. I paid top $ out of 9 quotes they were the highest but supposed to do the best. Workmanship yes. Communication No.

Our sales representative Eric Payne shared different styles and colors to choose from for our roof. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products and roofing system. Finally, we were clearly explained in detail about the costs, warranty and work timeframe, Total Home followed up with us during the project and when job was complete.

The entire process was seamless from beginning to end. Canâ t wait another 20 years to use their services again

Patrick Hogan was the representative of Total Home Roofing who returned my inquiry for an estimate to replace the roof of a home I was purchasing. He immediately gained my trust with his professionalism, politeness, and desire to be responsive to my particular situation. He arranged for the roofing project to start within a few short days of my closing on the purchase of the house so that my move into the home would not be unduly delayed. My real estate agent was so impressed that she referred another client of hers to Patrick.

Total Home Roofing did an excellent job from start to finish on our new roof install. From Travis on the Sales-side to Nick as Project Manager with his roofing team, we are very happy with the new roof, the process, the reasonable quote, etc. We looked at several different roofing firms and definitely made the right choiceâ  we would highly recommend Total Home Roofing.

Their communication was very bad. They went over their estimate by $1600 dollars which I was not made aware of until I received the bill. They left roofing nails in my driveway. They removed the soffit and gutters on my patio and did not put them back. They showed up at my house while I was at work, took all the unused material, and did not credit my bill for It. I would not use them again or recommend them to anyone.
