Total Home Roofing

Shingle packages still sitting on the roof 11 days after peel and stick tar paper installed. Water stains appeared all over the ceiling afterward. Roof inspection failed four times. Waiting on the 5th inspection.

My experience overall was very good. From start to finish they were on time. very knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous.

Wood replacement was necessary and they were fair with the cost and gave a discount. Helped with financing options. Would highly recommend!

Eric Pain was awesome! He made getting my new roof super easy to deal with and explained everything perfectly. He went over all of the different roofing options and prices with me and helped me decide on the best one. He also explained how everything as far as the roofing project would happed and laid out a perfect timeline to get my roof done when I needed it! All of the workers were very professional and timely. Very knowledgeable team from start to finish. I appreciated Eric staying involved after the sale to help with scheduling and ensure we were happy through the whole process. Total Home Roofing was professional and thorough. Eric Payne, Roofing Consultant, was exceptional and assisted throughout the entire process. Complete roof install, removal of all wood decking, new install of 1/2" plywood and Owens Corning Duration shingles with moisture barrier. Looks great.

They arrived at the appointment day and time and were done within 3 days. Great job, cleaned up and a very nice crew. On site supervisor and main office manager were in contact daily. Best price of all the roofers I reviewed.

They were very professional. Did a wonderful job with communication. Travis was not pushy and showed us everything available. Got us financing from our living room I would highly recommend this company. The project manager Eduardo stopped by for final inspection and noticed a couple of tiles out of spec and got up on the roof and replaced until he was satisfied with the look. Unexpected. He answered every question, sent valuable information , gave me an excellent quote quickly and accurately. Patrick was instrumental in me choosing Total Home. Nick Vega the on-site supervisor was here every day to assist with questions and supplying information. Matt the supervisor from the main office in Rockledge called every day to keep me posted on the various steps. They give an excellent warranty and have an independent company give a wind mitigation report. The roofing crews were very good and cleaned up every day. So glad I chose Total Home.
