The salesman told us that no payment would be expected until the job was completed to our satisfaction. However, the initial crew took the ridge vent off the roof and it rained like a Cat 3 while the crew continued to work on another part of the roof with rain going into my attic and into my garage. It took over 4 months and 25 calls to the company to get work performed that should have been initially done by crew. Initial liaison was fired with the pictures he took of my quality concerns magically disappearing from the company computer (as told to me by the warranty supervisor).

Buyer Beware!!! This company is horrible! Do not hire them. They promised delivery by August 26. It is now November 6 and there is no end in sight! We have contacted multiple people in the company to rectify the situation and nobody has been able to do so. Metal sheets were left in our lawn for a month, killing our grass. The company failed the first inspection and didn't show up for the second inspection. Then the accounting department called us for payment! They had no idea that the job was incomplete! Do not hire this company. We have two neighbors that asked for a referral and we told them not to hire Total Home. Both of them hired other companies and their roofs are already done!

This was such a great experience from start to finish. We got several estimates and Total Home was the best price for our needs. We agreed on start dates and they were great. The kept the area clean and checked in regularly as to where we were in the process! Professional every step of the way!

Patrick, the salesman was top notch, showed up when scheduled, gave us bids and finance information (if needed), followed up. Scheduled promptly, Roof work was excellent, even city inspector was impressed. Little glitches with clean up were handle promptly by Patrick, he followed up on every aspect, before, during and after. It was a pleasure to work with him.

Stay away left my roof torn off for over a month

Would like to pay the amount due after work is completed.

The job was completed 12 days ago and despite my calling, every day since the dumpster continues to sit in my driveway. All my contacts have failed to return my calls and the office staff speaks in corporate-speak and nothing gets done. If you deal with this firm I recommend you do not pay until you are satisfied. I, unfortunately, paid early.

If you hire them make sure when they finish they take the dumpster with them!
