Cody was the first person who connected me after filling out a request. He gave me a quote and also allowed me to get other quotes vut stayed in connect with me. The warrantys were less or they required money down or i had to wait a few months. So after 8 qoutes i went with THR and they offered peel n stix barrier which in less nails in your roof and all the others charge extra for this . I did the research before hand. They replaced my roof in one day , a team of 5 guys did a great job. They worked around the issue of waiting on the drip rail but once that showed up they cranked out and got it done from 7am to 9pm amazing job. Passed inspection today and no leaks after 3 days of heavy rain.

I had to get my roof repair and just decided in the end to get it all revamped.. I was worried about the costs knowing it would be a big job. After a while of searching on google I came across total home roofing ; and decided to give them a call. The first initial contact definitely set the mood on how the rest of the job went ! I spoke with a woman Named Ashley , she was so patient and understanding and ready to answer all the questions I had being as though I was completely ignorant to it all. Professional and keep me in loop as to what was happening every step of the way. When the job was completed they also check med in with me to make sure everything was down appropriately.

They put an Inexperienced crew on my job that used too much roofing bull as a method to repair defects in craft skill. I am still dealing with the roofing bull migration as it is heated and moves downslope and shows up on the drip cap and facia.

I work with consultant Cody Tahtinen in the Rockledge, FL location. He provided excellent customer service, very knowledgeable, and assisted me trough the process. Highly recommend.

Worked with Eric Payne to get the project started. He explained the process and worked on the price with me. A roof replacement is pretty pricey here in Florida but I felt confident after talking with Eric that I was getting the best for my money. All in all a very easy process and though the job is not completely done as I write this, what has been finished looks great!

TOTAL HOME ROOFING is the BEST company we've ever dealt with ever! From the minute we called to the day the roof got done and the final inspection and 4 point wind mitigation we were amazed! We were most impressed to the timing at the beginning and we kept being amazed till this morning when we had our 4 point mitigation done! We signed the contract on Jan 26 with Travis and the roof was done by 5:00pm Feb. 2nd. That fast! We highly recommend Travis for the FREE estimate! His cell is 321-349-9188 for an appointment.

Eric was very helpful with the process & the roofers did a great job!

My sales Rep Edgar Diaz did a great job and was available when I wanted Him. The Install field crew started days sooner then expected, were hard working and very professional the whole job. To my Laymans eye the end product appears flawless. Total Home Roofing is Not the lowest priced roofer in my area, but all things considered, I do nor regret hireing them. My one issue was with the 3rd party people Total Home Roofing hired to takecaway the Full Dumpster they parked in my driveway during the job. It took a Full week to remove the dumpster and that was after I complained to ANGI HQ. and the remover truck driver spilled a bunch of debrie including old roofing nails, in my driveway while he was loading the dumpster on his truck. NONE of which he picked up before he drove away..

Travis Junke did a fabulous job. Great Job Total Homes!
