David Hughes, representative of company was extremely helpful and explained everything to me. I was very impressed with the workmen that did my re-roofing. Total Home took care of everything including the ordering the Wind MIT report. The estimate was competitive. Communication was really good.

Right from the beginning, Eric Payne visited with us to give us an estimate. He was very professional and personable. We had read very good reviews about Total Home and their estimate was fair. We chose a shingle color and that was it. Within a week, Total Home was calling to set up a starting date. They started Friday, worked all day and 13 hours Saturday. Back on Monday to finish the job. Our project supervisor, Armindo Afonso was very helpful in answering our questions and letting us know the status of the project. He was happy to return and address a concern we had and fix it. They did an outstanding job and their customer service was excellent. Definitely recommend Total Home Roofing if you need a roof.

From start to finish, the entire team at Total Home was remarkable. Travis heard my difficult situation & made it a priority to get my roof completed knowing I was in a time crunch. Rachel & Gaby handled the admin side of my project with ease & absolutely no frustration. I then met Robert & his remarkable team that literally had my old roof off & new roof on within 24 hours. At one point, I had a question & received a response back from Robert within minutes. This type of service displays to me that each client is a priority & that is what you need when you have had poor experiences with other businesses. Not only was the roofing team fast, but efficient, maintained a clean work area & were polite as can be! I was in constant communication with all of the team who made sure to follow up with me to ensure excellence throughout the whole process! Amir has great customer service. My mother was sold a roof a few months ago and when she had issues or questions he was patient with her. He didn't sell us the roof but he treated us like he did. Best experience I've had.

Ryan/Eric was able to answer any questions I had being I was in another state. The crew kept the area very clean. After they were done you could not even find any nails or debris. The project was top notch.

The roofing project was completed professionally and in a timely matter that worked well within our scheduled. David Hughes was excellent in both his follow through and follow up from the start of the project through completion. Justin was also responsive and did a great job checking in and completing tasks as needed.

The job was done very quickly and my new soffit, siding, and gutters were undamaged. David Hughes and an employee name John should both be commended for their dedication to their customers. We were fortunate enough to have Eric Payne estimator come to our house and inspect the roof. He was well prepared ahead of time and explained the entire process and gave us a fair price. Our comfort level was so good that we didn't even get other estimates. The entire project took only 24 days from his initial visit to completion.
