Sunstate Pest Management

Well before I moved into this house I had them before in the other house and I had termites there and they did an excellent job of getting rid of them, that I think they do an excellent job.

I have been a customer of this business for over 6 years.  They have been very good in providing the services I contracted for and at a reasonable price.  The pest control agreement (as I understood it) was that they would come quarterly for $75 a visit.  If I needed them in between the quarterly sessions, they would come at no charge.  The regular treatment was to spray around the outside of the house.  Spray around the walls inside the house, in the garage and in the screened porch/florida room.  They also put bait in the lawn.  All has been great until the end of this summer when we had so much rain.  Their last visit was in August.  I called the last half of September and explained that I had ants in the house and the garage and the porch.  I explained that they were mostly dead but in the garage and porch, they were piling up and asked if they would come and treat the outside again or at least put more bait down to keep them from coming in.  Rather than scheduling someone, I was told that no one needed to come because if the ants were dead, their treatment was working.  I tried to explain that when things were working well, the ants didn't even come in but was still told that the treatment was working.  I called again Oct 14,2015 and asked to talk to the person in charge of determining when I was eligible for service. I was transferred to Eric and I got the same song and dance.  When I tried to explain the rain, the bait, no ants when things worked well, I was told again and again that their treatment was working if the ants were dead.  I kept trying to explain that when things worked, they didn't come in at all.  Finally I was asked what I was doing tomorrow.  I can't be here tomorrow.  What am I doing Friday morning?  I don't like to schedule things in the morning and by now I was getting fed up, so I told him "Never mind.  I will find someone else."  He called back a little later, but I missed the call.
Perhaps I over reacted, but I don't like the idea of having to beg for service that I understood was part of the agreement when I hired them.  I will be looking for another provider.

Dan is great! He shows up ontime every time. He comes every three months and sprays the outside of my home. If I've seen anything, he will always spray inside. He tells me everytime to call if I see anything and he will come for a respray. I also use them for my yearly termite check.

Willie was an honest sales rep and Jim was a very knowledgeable technician. We're very satisfied with Sunstate.

He does a great job, he comes out pretty quickly, and it's just great to work with them. I don't have any problem with them at all, they're just very reliable and they provide great service. They come annually, and I don't have to pay for any extra visits. He's a very nice guy, I like him a lot.

The lady who had the house before us had been using them all along. They are very professional, and very friendly. They clean up afterwards, which I think is a rarity nowadays. Their punctuality is the best, which is also a rarity nowadays. Overall, they do a great job, and we are satisfied.

I have had Sunstate Pest Management for over twenty years. I had an infestation and the young man came in and took care of it right away. I am very comfortable, satisfied, and they seem to keep their staff for quite awhile. In the twenty years I have had them I have never had to complain about anything. They always work with me on what time is best for me to have them come.

We can always depend on Sunstate for both our annual termite inspection and to keep our home free from a ants and any other creepy, crawly creatures. Especially Jason is up and ready to return and quickly eliminate any of those pests that find their way inside. They are a dependable company with reasonable rates that has never let us down!
