About us
Licensed & Insured ... Restore 15 Years specializes in surface restorations, primarily old porous concrete, residential shingle roofs, rolled asphalt & flat style roofs, as well as old patios, walkways, and old driveways. We use a specialized, ENERGY STAR COMPLIANT coating that will bond and seal the surface that's being restored. Energy star compliant because our rubberized elastomeric coating even offers insulating qualities on rooftops, thereby making them better than they were before while saving our clients money. 10 color choices are available to fit most client's demands. Billing takes place via a 60% down payment to cover the cost of all materials with a final payment expected upon completion of the work. The materials that we use are top of the line, very expensive products, ordered to suit each client specifically.

All labor is warranted in writing. Up to 15 year warranties on shingle roofs, 10 years on flat roofs, and 2 years on normal wear surfaces. Prices are based on footage and material costs, not the value or location of a property.
Services we don't offer
We do not rebuild, replace, remodel, or reconstruct. We specialize in RESTORING EXISTING old surfaces, to be as good and in some cases better than they were when new.
