I only asked her to send in my offer to HomePath, because I already seen the home. The website said just submit offers, and do not need proof of funds until offer is accepted. She would not meet in person because she was too busy, so I asked her to email me the papers from the HomePath website to submit an offer. She sent a blank form without my name, or offer amount, and asked me to just sign it, until it is accepted. How can it be accepted with no offer amount and no person's name. She lost my house, on purpose because of her unprofessionalism, and her stupidity. After asking her for a completed document she messages me back that she does not communicate well, and to find a new real estate agent. How can any agent not be able to communicate well? Because, I picked this unprofessional agent, she lost me a chance to obtain that home, due to her inability to know how to submit offers on the HomePath website. I even offered her a contact person at HomePath to contact for assistance.
