I dropped the car off and there were 2 cars there, but It took 3 hours, from the time I was called with a quote.....they told me they were swamped when I brought the car in. I was quoted one price but when I told them that the dealership quoted cheaper prices, they brought the and quot;partand quot; price down to what they say the dealership shows on line as their cost ... Really, $107.00 per hour for labor???? And a and quot;shop feeand quot;, too? There was no tire disposal or battery disposal so why a shop fee of $22.73? There are no prices posted any where in the lobby and so I questionned that. It is my understanding that the rates are supposed to be posted.That is supposedly going to be looked in to ...oh, but I was given a 10% discount for being a teacher, but still am very disappointed. I guess i went in to the wrong profession!

I scheduled an alignment for the last apt of the day. The tech accomplished the alignment and stated that he couldn't get my car all the way in due to the back springs being worn. He stated the springs needed replaced and quoted a price to do so.
The car seemed to noticeable pull now which it did not before. (I only got the alignment because I purchased new tires at SAM's club). I took the car to the dealer the next day and got an alignment. They stated the springs seemed fine and the alignment adjustment was off. The car no longer pulled to the right after the dealer alignment. I did not contact Pep Boys regarding this issue.

They did the repair work on time and did a good job. The pricing was honest and their work ethics are excellent.
