Aaron Dreher, owner/president arrived at our home to give us an estimate for our driveway, walkway & new patio. Aaron seemed to be honest & displayed integrity. He offered ideas on color & patterns. Aaron knows his business & his product well, he was able to give a detailed description & answer all our questions. Aaron brought over samples so we were able to match the colors to our home.The pavers were high quality when I compared the look & feel to other pavers I had seen.The  pavers were ordered & delivered in less than a week. Work started shortly after that & started on schedule however rain & a broken pipe (broken by the workers) slowed down the process. Aaron's employees were courteous & experienced. The outcome was beautiful. So beautiful we decided to have our pool deck area completely renovated  with pavers. I have received many compliments from my neighbors on my house. My backyard has become my oasis since adding the pavers. 

3 weeks after this job was completed we started to have weeds growing between our pavers. We paid extra to have the pavers sealed as Aaron had advised so this would not happen. I have called Aaron several times, left many messages. He now never returns our calls. He also was to come back to seal some pavers that had to be replaced. He has never shown up. Although his work appeared perfect, the end result is not so perfect. The end result is what we live with & is what is most important when referring a company.  I feel Paver Concepts did their job however when the problems showed up a few weeks later they would not return our calls. We were told our pavers & the workmanship was guaranteed. Do not believe it... Use another paver contractor. Paver Concepts does not stand behind their work...

7/19/2013- Since no response from Paver Concepts from the messages I had left, on 5/28/2013 I sent Paver Concepts (Aaron Dresher) an e-mail advising once again of the sinking pavers, hollow sounding pavers when walked on, broken paver in driveway asking him to stop by & look at it & make the necessary repairs under the warrantee. His response was that he would send his crew over for a charge of $125.00 per hour & a 4 hour minimum of work.  That would be $500.00 to fix a job that was less than 1 year old!
