Molly Maid of Northern Brevard County

Needed them for a second cleaning as I had family coming in town and they did not even clean my window counters, my sliding glass door, my office desk, nor my master room night tables. I even followed up with Mary the owner, as she requested, I sent her the videos. I did not receive a follow up/response after I sent the videos. Only until I followed up today (almost 2 weeks later) mentioning I don't want to seek help from my bank did I get a reply for a $50 credit towards my next cleaning. Such a small apartment with only 2 individuals who work full time (no kids or dogs). It's a shame. I did not have a great first experience as they overcharged us for a 1000sq ft apartment that was cleaned in 2.5 hours "deep clean" for $320 dollars. This time around as it was not a deep clean, it came out to $200. Really wanted to make this work as gave it a second go, but not worth it. I would recommend trying to find someone through word of mouth.

The work in the front bathroom was not done! I had grabbed a new role of toilet paper, as I was hurrying about that morning, and just set it on top of the empty one. She didn't even put it on the roll, or polish up the holder?! The garbage was not even emptied. Surely, they should carry a card with them, listing the jobs that your ad promised!! There was also very little attempt made to clean behind anything. I turned a fan on, later in the day, and large "dust bunnies" swirled on my hardwood floor. I turned on a stained glass lamp in my bedroom and it was still very dusty! Again, where the more mature woman worked, it was clean. I would hire her again. At one point, I did hear them talking about being tired. Apparently, my house was the third one they had cleaned that day! Maybe they were simply overworked??

I am using Molly Maid of Northern Brevard County. They are fine. They call me a couple of days before they come. They are prompt. They do the job. They are thorough.

They never showed up and I called later in the day to be told that the maids car had broke down. A call to inform me would have been appreciated.

After that it all went down hill. Rarely had the same people twice and most were brand new and in training. I usually had to go back over a number of things that weren't done either well or at all. My neighbors had the "Rosie Team" and were very pleased with them.

I spoke to the office and requested them T his was three weeks ago. Was told that she would get back to me early the following week. Never did and I had to call her. That conversation did not go well. She totally did not care. I cancelled the service.

At a little over 200 dollars, this was a little pricey. The woman did a pretty thorough job though. They cleaned an empty house in anticipation of us moving in. The former owners did not clean very well, however they did clean somewhat, so there was a small head-start. But the women seemed to have an efficient method and I was pleased with the results overall. The company was very responsive and the appointment was scheduled promptly.

Typically; We've learned that after approximately 12 months, every maid service's level of service drops. Over the last year, we have experienced no-shows; they simply didn't come on a scheduled day and then they didn't return calls, etc. for more than a week. When they did call, they couldn't explain how or why we were skipped, so they reset the calendar. Then we had them do such a poor job, that we called to complain. A new crew was dispatched to re-clean the following week at N/C, but this too then reset the schedule. Then, a federal holiday occurred on a Monday, so the crew came on a Tuesday to clean. two weeks later on Monday when they were to arrive; they didn't show. We called and learned that we were now scheduled on Tuesdays, when it had always been Mondays. Evidently, holidays that fall on a cleaning reset the calendar for all future cleanings. They are very poor at managing their calendars and that wreaks havoc on our calendars. The ladies that actually do the cleaning don't appear to have a written checklist to follow, so cleaning is inconsistent from week to week. This service is too expensive to be so poorly managed and so inconsistent from cleaning to cleaning.

as mentioned, they brought their own cleaning equipment and supplies. everything went fine.

They stink! They're not professional and they get away with what they can. I know I got ripped off. This was the second time I had used them.They're not worth a penny of your money.

The two women were so wonderful and efficient. They completely cleaned the apartment and actually managed to get rid of all the dust--which was quite a task. They moved furniture and cleaned every place there was any dust--top of cabinets, overhead fan, windows, etc. I can't say enough good things to express how happy I was with their service.

I think overall they were very good. They cleaned well and did not mess anything up. They did everything I had expected them to do. I would recommend them to others.

I have been using the Molly Maid service located in Rockledge for about two years for my own home, as well as several rental properties that my husband and I own and manage. The experience I've had with this particular franchise has been extraordinary. The owner, Marcia, and the ladies who do the cleaning, especially Cindy and her team, are true professionals. The first time I met with Marcia, she evaluated those services that I required for each cleaning and priced it accordingly. Generally, each cleaning is 2 hours. Marcia is always pleasant...and very patient....with my requirements and last minute cancellations or scheduling changes. Any issue that I have had with the cleaning (and there have been very few) are corrected immediately. The team works together in each room, with each person responsible for a particular task, and they work the entire time with no breaks. I prefer to have at least two people clean, as the time I need to allow can be minimized. The price is more than I've paid for other private individuals to clean, but the quality of the service, the reliability of the team and the guarantee that the work will be done properly is worth the extra money. Marcia expects her team to do a great job, I expect them to do a great job...and they do....every time! I recently had a rental property sell and at the closing, the agent representing the buyer, told me that he had performed a "white glove" inspection of the unit and it passed....no surprise to me!! I highly recommend this Molly Maid service!

I've been using Molly Maids for 6 months with great results. Very consistent service and very responsive the one time I had a concern. Professional - all you can ask for in this service.
