Had ants galore. They were all over the house. Called Massey and my regular person came out right away. Did not get them the first time, came out again and again. They came out until all was gone. Very happy. Took a while but at least I can cook Without them carrying my food away. They are super nice! And got the job done to satisfaction! No hassles when you call six times in two weeks! They came out every time until it was taken care of!

I've contracted them about three months ago and I've been very satisfied with their service. I've used lots of others in the past and it seems like they are more attentive. I have better results. It is hard to know how it will all play out because of the short time but I am pleased so far.

Inspector arrived in a very timely manner and did an inspection, found
evidence of a problem, found source of problem, explained the problem
and its solution and cost and scheduled a technician to fix the
problem. A few days later the technician arrived on time, sealed all
entry locations and set traps. He returned a couple of days later to
inspect the traps and will return on a regular schedule to make sure the problem
has been corrected.

They are pretty good still. We only had one tech come out from them after they were bought out and he was good, just not as good as the guy we had before.
