In the past 5 years we have re-done our entire house - replaced all windows & doors to meet hurricane code, Mater Bathroom, front entry, pool, patio, back deck, carpet and finally the kitchen using a number of contractors - Chris Fuller, owner of Kitchen Bath and Glass Center is the worst contractor, HANDS DOWN. We spent >$30K with him on cabinets, counter tops, sink, and a center island quartz top. We were told the project would take "4-6 weeks" and actually took >15 weeks to complete and the delays are due to inferior workmanship, poor quality cabinets and outright mistakes made by Kitchen Bath and Glass, here are the facts: Chris Fuller never once set foot in our house prior to, or during the renovation project - even after all of problems started. When they did start, he initially took our phone calls but soon reverted to having his employees respond. Kitchen Bath and Glass Center ordered the wrong Quartz material for the island and it took two weeks to replace it. When it finally arrived it couldn't be installed because " the cabinets weren't square". His cabinet installer didn't line up the cabinets properly. The Kitchen Bath and Glasss Center countertop and cabinet subcontractors work required both of them to make numerous return visits to fix visually obvious defects - both subcontractors were criticized by the other installers, electricians, plumbers, tile guys, etc. One said, "I haven't seen this shabby of cabinet work in 18 years on the job". Another subcontractor from Orlando said, "Brevard county construction work is not very good but this counter top is terrible". The countertop subcontractor measured and made the wrong cuts - and didn't order the replacement product until 3 weeks later; nobody at Kitchen Bath and Glass bothered to check into this until we complained. When it was finally ordered we were told it was "out of stock in the state of Florida" and wouldn't be in for at least 3 weeks. Kitchen Bath and Glass Center ordered the wrong cabinets - we wanted a drawer capable of holding hanging files; they "forgot". The workmanship of the cabinets was shoddy - we have warped cabinet doors and three different portions of cabinets didn't have internal hardware installed or was only partially installed. The project is now complete thanks to multiple shims, glue, and faux pieces of trim. We are not satisfied with the outcome. My recommendation: Avoid Kitchen Bath and Glass COMPLETELY - You can easily find a better contractor than Chris Fuller for ANY project to be done on your house.

Response from Kitchen Bath And Glass Center
"This customer was one of the most difficult customers I have ever worked with. His lack of comprehension was astonishing. We would certainly never work for him again and I would advise any contractor to avoid him at all cost. In the end as with all our customers he received a top quality remodel despite his constant undermining. He was convinced at every turn he knew more than we did, and actually talked the tile setter into altering the footprint of the shower pan making it almost impossible to install a frameless shower at all. I just can't say enough to convey the nightmare this guy was. I know we are supposed to avoid saying things in this manner but I feel it is fair and necessary in this case to tell it like it is."

They were good. They were able to do what we were looking for. There was a little bit of a delay in getting it started.

They did a really nice job. They made a small mistake, but they came back and fixed it right away.

I really liked the owner and he needed to be a little more forceful with the crew that he hired. Sometimes, they took advantage of his niceness. I would hire him again. He was nice and cooperative. He was very helpful and very accommodating. I never compared the price and I had a lot to be done. The price was comparable. I had some issues with a couple of the crew he sent.

This company did not meet any committments and the work they did was of extremely poor quality .They promised all plywood construction but installed particle board products. When I complained they went into great detail on how that was what I really needed. They promised installation within a week but took over two months before I finally told them to go away and I finished the job myself. They kept telling me that a "punch list" of things to fix was normal. They never completed all of the items on the list. You won't believe what they define as quality work. I have already had to fix the plumbing and electrical work since they left. If you are considering using this company I highly recommend you change your mind. They claim to be professional kitchen remodelers but are actually very poor handymen
Response from Kitchen Bath And Glass Center
"The cabinets we supplied were clearly listed in the sales agreement. We did discuss all plywood cabinets but this customer decided on particle board sides because of budget restraints. We did explain that the cabinets that they got would perform very well and have a limited lifetime warranty. Installation did take a week, the unexpected repair to the walls behind the cabinets did take about a week and one half to schedule and finish. It also took about 4 weeks for the cabinets to come in as was explained to the customer. The plumbing work that had to be fixed was to place a wire for the touch faucet in the right place so the faucet would function properly. If the wiring had been left alone in the 1st place this would not have been a problem. The customer demanded that I change the beige outlets to dark ones, I did just to make peace. He said he meant black not brown but would change them himself. We did top quality work at a very reasonable price. In any design process we discuss every option, but in the end what makes it to the contract is what we provide. We try very very hard to be sure everything has been explained and included but please read your contract carefully and be sure that we have included everything that you want. With all due respect we hope that this customer is enjoying their new kitchen."
