Joe Di Rocco Computer Mechanic

I had a number of problems with one of my PCs. I reviewed the options on Angie's List and selected Joe Di Rocco.  He was immediately responsive. He came by the house and we reviewed the problems with the PC and he took it to correct. After he returned the pc a few days it worked so well I gave him my primary PC to correct some problems I was having with it.  Again he did an excellent job and returned the PC in a few days.  I had a problem reinstalling my Windows office product and Joe again stopped by and took the pc to fix. Back in two days good as new with everything installed.  Joe provided a detailed report on my each pc with all the information on the hardware, what he found wrong, what he corrected, and other information he thought I may find useful.  His price was very reasonable and no extra charge for reinstalling Windows Office ($75 per PC).  In addition to his expertise Joe is very personable and professional.  Joe is my PC guy from now on.   

Joe is an amazing person who is professional and yet friendly.  He knows his stuff when it comes to computers and is willing to explain it to a non-techy person.

Joe was great. He was very professional and competent. He came to my home and checked out the problems. He had to take my computer with him to repair it. He had it a couple of days and then returned it. He took time to teach me things I needed to know and also has set it up so he can help me when we move. I feel like I not only gained a very competent and reasonable computer technician but also a very nice friend.

We were very happy with Joe.  Not only did he fix our computer, but he explained everything in terms we could understand.  We are computer challenged, but he was extremely patient, and told us we could call him whenever we had a question.  Amazingly, he even called to ask how everything was working...we have never had a contractor do that before.  Very highly recommended!

He did a marvelous job and my computer works great. He is very knowledgeable in his field, he is very reliable, works until the job is done and his prices are reasonable.

I had a problem with Internet Explored, and called Joe late on a Friday expecting to set up an appt. to get my computer checked out.  He suprised me by working on the problem, and doing the necessary research to resolve my issue while I was on the phone with him.  Within an hour or so, my problem was resolved!  I am thrilled with his service, and would recommend him to anyone with computer questions, issues, or major problems.  He gave me the option of attempting the fix myself based on the articles he sent me, or having him do the physical fix.  I was quite comfortable dealing with him, and I would highly recommend him!!

I have nothing but accolades for him. He worked way longer than we expected. He worked hard the whole time. He worked on my computer and did alot of wiring. He even came back for just $20 because we had other problems. He was great.

He showed me a computer that was going to fit my needs. He does really good work.
