Description of Work: Ghost ant infestation. David came out when he said and got rid of the little pests, after I had tried for weeks with every type of recommended ant killer.  + -1 more95 degrees out, and he is here. A little sprinkles and he doesn't run away like some of them. Schools aren't open because of the hurricane, a lot of things are still closed, but he was here at 730 am blowing and cleaning up. He has a lot of trees down and a mess at his own place but he was here for me and the neighbors. We have used him for years and will continue to use his business.

I had placed a trap in the attic and caught a baby possum just prior to him arriving, was very impressed that he was still interested in helping me even with the possibility i would not need his service. He spent a fair amount of time finding how the animal got into my attic, then went in my attic and found no other signs of animals. David offered me advice on how to keep them out in the future and suggested that since i had solved the problem he really didnt need to do anything, amazingly honest!!! Super nice guy, extrememly responsive and very honest!! A+++++ in my books!! I gave Dave a nice tip and thanked him for his honesty and quick response!

I thought the price a bit high, however after talking with 3 other service companies this was very reasonable and he is the only one with a LIFETIME guarantee. I feel they are trustworthy and very prompt which I don't find this in contractors to be true. I recommend without reservation. he was referred to me by my neighbors who are all VERY happy with his work and praise him highly and we all recommend to our friends
Description of Work: caught all the rodents from the attic, patched/ repaired more than a dozen holes in the roofline, guaranteed his work for life followed up with us in a couple weeks to make sure we are happy with his work, clean, neat, organized

 + -1 moreWe were very impressed! Dave came out and surveyed our situation. We had a huge rat problem. He took care of sealing up the access ways in the roof to prevent further nuisance. He kept coming back until all of the rats were captured. There were 16 rats! Ewww. He also found an ant problem that we had in the attic and is still providing pest control services. He is very reasonable and we would highly recommend him to anyone. He went above and beyond the scope of what he originally found, but never asked for more money.

 + 0 moreThe entire experience was very pleasant and totally professional. Mr. Anders knows what he is doing and does it in an understanding and sympathetic way. He and his assistants with the reconstruction were totally competent and pleasant in every respect.
Description of Work: David Anders returned our phone call. He came the next day. He examined the house exterior, climbing a ladder to the second floor to check for openings being used by the bats to enter and exit. He went into our attic to check on conditions there. He identified a particularly damaged area between exterior wood wall and interior. On return, he replaced worn soffit covering over exterior openings beneath roofs. This includes openings down chutes to permit bats to exit but prevent them from re-entering. As to the wood wall (the entire building is cinderblock with stucco except for this appr. 6'x12' wood wall), he brought two workers another day to rip it all out, clean out the bat excrement, add waterproof insulation, replace wood wall with sheets of concrete and paint. Cost paid for pest removal service includes repeat visits as needed and without additional charge so long as we remain occupants. Additional costs for reconstruction of damaged wall and interior amounted to + or - $600.00 for supplies and labor.

 + 0 moreI was hearing noises up in the attic, so I called David (Integrity owner). He came out that very afternoon and went up on the roof and in the attic. Sure enough, I had rats in the attic. David came the next day and sealed all of the entry points into the attic (20+ points of entry). He also set traps in the attic. He came back 3 days later to collect the dead rats (2). Dave lives up to the name of his company-integrity, He is very professional and knowledgeable. He provided me with a lifetime guarantee (or at least until I have a new roof put on) on his work. I highly recommend David, and would use him again without hesitation.

 + -1 moreDave returned my call within a couple of hours. Said he could come in the morning, but called back later with a cancellation and was at my house within 30 minutes. He checked the attic, found the problem area where a rat had gotten into the ventilation for my microwave. He put a mesh over the roof vent, taped up the ventilation hose, and removed the microwave (I did not want it after this.. ) He's coming back in the morning with more supplies to finish the sealing of our attic and has treated to prevent further animal entry. His price was very reasonable, his attitude friendly, efficient, and professional. I certainlyrecommend him for any pest control or animal removal.

Description of Work: This report is for David Anders, the owner/operator of Integrity Pest Management. Dave called before he came and was on time. He quickly found and removed a dead roof rat that had crawled under some decking in the attic. He carefully inspected the entire house to determine where the rodents were getting in the house. He applied hardware mesh wire and aluminum sheet to the vents on the roof, and resealed the attic eave vents with wire cloth. Then he found the animal primary entry point in the rear of the house where the air conditioning wiring and tubing entered the eaves of the house. Dave sealed the opening with hardware wire, re-insulated the air conditioning tubing with rubber insulation where the animals had eaten or worn it off, then sealed both ends of the metal chase covering the wiring and tubing with foam sealant. Finally Dave installed wood molding at the edges of the exterior Laundry room Door where small rodents might be able to gain entry. He then set baited traps at four locations in the attic; part of the service is to return in a few days and check the traps. Dave Anders is a professional in every sense of the word; he knows and enjoys his work, and obviously enjoys helping people. I highly recommend him.

 + -1 moreDave is the owner. Dave is an interior guy but he goes around and takes off all the cobwebs around the entire house. If we have any issues with fleas or ticks he is in the house immediately at no charge. I hire him for every other month treatments and I pay $55 a month. He is awesome.

Description of Work: He came in and sprayed the entire interior of the home making sure to get behind the stove and fridge. He sprayed all around the exterior of the home, sprayed the mailbox and doors and also hand brushed our screen for our patio.

Extremently impressed with his professionalism enough to where we will arrange for annual contract with pest managemnt every two months and has a discount to boot. Integrity lives up to its name and much better than the National and bigger pest companies in the area we have been exposed to in the past.

 + -1 moreDave was able to fit me in on the day I called. He arrived on time and with a smile! After learning of my concerns he went right to work. He applied a powder under my cabinets and into cracks, then sprayed the entire house. The treatment left no odor and began working immediately. Dave even came running when he heard my daughter and I scream as a few unwanted pests came out running for their lives! He also swept off the spider webs and other debris under my roof eves! I appreciated his professionalism along with his ability to work while I followed him around asking countless questions. We have 2 dogs which caused him no concern as he is a dog lover himself. His treatment has been quite effective. The only bugs we see now are the dead ones. I would highly recommend Integrity Pest Management to anyone. His is an owner operated business which strives to go above and beyond to please its clients. The cost was very reasonable, with every other month costing only $45. Please give this company a try! You won't regret It- but your pests sure will!!!
