INDIAN RIVER FURNITURE

Had ordered a bunch of furniture to furnish my new home , and my total purchase was going to be well over 25K, so was expectign a good customer service. H*** broke loose when I wanted to cancel one of the orders... they wanted a restocking fee, thena cancerllation fee.....When I offered them that I will not do any more business with them, they prompty said, they will take off all the fee. Ok we are all in same page, but now when it comes to delivery, they say, they have to charge me a fee. When I make a noise again , they cancel the charge , give me a credit... No rhyme or reason, no professionalism... Was frustrated.

I received it as was scheduled. Less than a year later the springs fell to the floor. I called the service department and they sent out a tech to take photos and assess the situation. When I called the first thing they said was that the spring clips were defective and they would be replaced one the tech confirmed that was the problem. That was on March 1. It is now almost June and after contacting the owner via registered letter, there still has been no resolution. I have made a report to the better business bureau.
