I've been using Bill for many years and I've been happy enough with him. One subject always seemed to p*** him off though - accepting responsibility for damage caused by his heavy machinery. Most recently, one of my sprinkler heads must have gotten stuck and did not retract. He sends me a photo of the sprinkler head and says "i didn't do it"! I check all my surveillance cameras and no one else besides him and myself were in my back yard. I go an inspect the sprinkler and sure enough it's stuck in the extended position and bent over about 45 degrees. I tried with all my might to stand it up again but it would not budge. In other words, a TREMENDOUS FORCE was required to bend it over. I bring this to his attention and he says "I am not going to accept blame for this I QUIT"! What a ridiculous notion that I could have done it without knowing it. But, he felt strongly that I must have rented some heavy machinery and mowed it over and then decided to blame him for it. There is no other logical explanation for it besides, he must not have seen that head sticking out of the ground the week before. It was an accident. If he would have just said admitted it instead of blaming ME for it, I would have said, sorry, I haven't checked for the extension and retraction of my sprinkler heads in a while and I'll do that now. I can only assume he must have some other personal issues going on in his life that are causing such irrational, disrespectful, ignorant and stubborn behavior. Or maybe he's just an A-hole all of the time. In any case, I DO NOT RECOMMEND BILL for your lawn service.

I was a little apprehensive to hire out to cut my grass and weed eat as I have been doing it myself for years. I am very picky and want a well manicured lawn. My John Deere broke down so I had no choice. Angie's List was a no-brainer to survey a list of business' who I could trust on my property. I didn't want any felons, I didn't want a business who was overwhelmed with clients, I wanted someone as local as possible, and I wanted someone who would care for as much as I about my lawn. Bill and his partner from Element Lawn take pride in their work and they have cut my 2 acre lawn quick, clean, and in pristine shape. As far as their prices, they were the least expensive of the two. Now ~ let me preface with I live by and quot;you get what you pay forand quot; so, again, I was a little apprehensive to employ them. I am willing to pay more to get quality work. One company, out of the three I requested for bids, wanted three times what Element Lawn wanted. Needless to say, I am willing to chip in a little for a tip : ) Based on their service thus far, I am afraid after I get my tractor back from service I may be too lazy to do it myself. We'll see. I would definitely recommend Element to everyone I meet.

I had to obtain a new lawn mowing service (see the review I wrote on R and P Services of Brevard) so I went to Angie's List and this guy Bill called back AND showed up the same day to give me an estimate. So far he's done exactly what is expected.....he's mows, trims, and does NOT blow the grass into my river rock beds...and HE KNOWS HOW IMPORTANT IT IS TO CLOSE MY GATE (for my dog's sake). He's easy to communicate with (I use email primarily) which is a plus.

Bill does a great job mowing our lawn. He is very reliable and provides exceptional service for the cost. He will also perform additional landscaping tasks for a nominal fee if requested. I highly recommend him.
