We had a water heater leak on our newer (2015) home and called the plumbing company that installed it. They said our unit is out of warranty and they only do warranty service and suggested we call another plumbing company. My wife found a company that was highly rated in Google, Yelp, etc., near our home - EK Coggin Plumbing. Roger from the company stopped by the same day my wife called and diagnosed the problem as internal rust and lorn behold the WH fully covered under parts warranty for 2 more weeks (mid January 2023, manufactured date of February 2015)!!! They save us the price of a Rheem 75gallon WH ($2k) and performed the service in an utmost professional manner! We highly recommend EK Coggin Plumbing, especially Roger their field tech! Showed up in a timely manner and then identified the plumbing leak and fixed it and indicated that we needed to get some tile / grout work done to fix the remaining problem.

EK Coggin plumbing arrived on-time and gave a written estimate before any work was started. Replace (13) water shut-off valves (Bathroom, Kitchen, Laundry) and (2) exterior hose bibs on CPVC pipes with 1/4 Turn valves with no problems, leaks or mess. Replaced main shut-off (outside) and water filter unit. Also on a repeat trip replaced 40 Gal Gas Water Heater and expansion tank, all work was completed by very professional and personable employees who answered my questions and gave recommendations about plumbing concerns. Tool the time to discuss concerns, future work and gave professional advice to help me make decisions about work needed, now and future. Overall very happy with the employees and services provide by E.K Coggin; they may not be the cheapest, but they do quality and professional work that they stand behind. Will continue to use Coggin for all my plumbing needs.

Saturday night, approximately 6:00. I broke the line to the house. Called coggin plumbing. Within minutes, Josh called and was here in 30 minutes. Josh was very professional, did a great job and was very nice. I apologized for him coming on Saturday night and he treated my job like it was a normal work day. I would request him for my next job

Excellent service, as always. I have used E K Coggin Plumbing for years. This time, the old water shut-off valve on wall behind toilet would not turn all the way off so Felix replaced it and some of the water line where it attached. Everyone from Coggin Plumbing who has done work here for me has always been courteous and professional, and they go the extra mile to help people.

The disposal I purchased was missing a flange and special screws. It would be days to get the parts from the manufacturer, so we bought one from the plumber and will return the other one.

Felix of EK started looking on the out side of the house and showed me the cover and pipe that lead to the public sewer and showed me how to interpret the flow of the pipes and how to "TAKE CARE OF IT" if it happened again......I gave him a tip and he refused that until I begged him to take even a lesser amount. I have some more work to be done and look forword to having them take care of future projects and jobs.....

Coggin is always on time, always courteous, and does the job right.

our leak in the slab was found with their detection system. they had to jack hammer the slab to repair the broken line . They were great!!

First visit - Did not fix the valve problem and believe it or not he hooked up the hot and cold water backwards. Second cost seemed pretty much in line with other times have really needed a plumber. Felix worked very efficiently and quality was very good. Showed up on time, explained everything he was going to do and was very polite.

They were professional, efficient and gave me the least costly fix.

I have used Coggins several times over the last five years. They are great! I live in an old condo on the ocean and things rust.
Felix has come three times and has been professional, honest, clean, and just a pleasure. 
Justin came while Felix was away, and he was just as professional.
I would leave them alone now to do work in my condo, they are that good!

They were right on time and super courteous. They appreciate that some of us like our vintage color bathroom fixtures in our 1960s homes and we want to preserve and maintain them.  Thank you, Coggin Plumbing.

Two of our three hose bibs (outdoor faucets) failed over time - one eventually would never shut off, the other spun around (should have been a quarter turn).  Called the plumber who did the installation in our home (Pelican Plumbing) and they said "we're too busy doing new construction to do service work."  So we call E.K. Coggin.  They wanted to come out and take a look to give an estimate, but neither me or my wife were home. The person taking the phone call said "we'll have a tech call you, and he'll probably give you a quote over the phone."  I thought, yeah, sure, been down this road before, and never heard from anyone. 
Much to my surprise, I did get a call.  Turned out my wife got home early, and they stopped that afternoon and gave a quote for $269 for three hose bibs.  Figuring it may take forever to find someone cheaper that actually would want the work, and going off of good things we had heard about Coggin, we bit the bullet and said ok. He was ready to do it that day, but didn't have three of the same kind, and didn't want to give us kaleidoscope faucets.  He said he'd get the parts and be back the next day.  Next day it was POURING - typically Florida downpours.  So he called and said he'd be back Monday (he was willing to do it sooner, but we weren't in any rush).  Monday he showed up, it took much less time than he thought, and he did a fantastic job.  He knocked $60 off the quote since he got it done quicker and had to reschedule (even though it wasn't his fault).  Overall we're very pleased with the responsiveness, quality of work, honestly, pretty much everything.

My shower/tub faucet was leaking. I attempted to replace the faucet cartridge myself but rung the entire faucet assembly off at the copper pipe in my wall. The bonnet nut was seized and did not a budge, I used to much torque. Self-help project gone haywire!. Felix from Coggins showed up ontime and was very professional and helpful. He explained the situation and gave me an estimate. He had to cut a hole in the wall behind the bathroom to access the part I had rung off. He did the smallest whole possible and replaced the missing dry wall with a neat access panel (helpful in future similar situations). Felix was great and very nice. He explained everything to me. I have used Coggins three times in the past with no problems (once for a hot water heater replacement). Always on time, clean, professional. Their magnet card is on my refrigerator for future plumbing problems.

Overall, the majority of the work was done correctly, but I feel that the plumber should have run the water to make sure it was hooked up correctly before he left. Fortunately, a friend fixed it for me the next morning so I did not have to wait for someone else to come out.

Had to call them back to remove extra caulking around sink. Had to hire another plumber to repair what they did to the RO system (rather than follow directions with the system). Way overpriced.

The young man (Curtis) who came to give me a quote was also the plumber who did the work a few days later. He went out of his way to be helpful and to accommodate my schedule, and he did a fine job on the installation. Overall, I was very satisfied.

They are very good at what they do. If it doesn't work, they will come back and fix it till it gets done.
