I was desperate! My computer (DELL desktop) had totally locked up on me to and the keyboard and mouse would not function. I researched on Angie's List and called Charlie at CMIT Solutions in the morning, told him of my dilemma. He asked that I bring the computer in immediately for them to trouble shoot. I did. Charlie gave me a status call in the early afternoon to let me know they had identified the problem and resolved the issue. I asked him then that the hard drive be wiped clean and the OS software (which I had provided when I brought the computer in) be reloaded. He accommodated my request and I picked the computer in the late afternoon the same day! I needed the computer that day to complete an important project.
I will definitely us CMIT Solutions again for my computer repair needs and also recommend them to friends in the future! They are VERY responsive, friendly and professional!
