Fred was the plumber that came out to perform the needed upgrades and fixes. He was outstanding and we plan to use CDS and Fred again for the plumbing in our planned master bathroom renovation.

Fred was very professional and did a great job! He showed me a visible "ding" in the sink I had purchased at Lowe's, and gave me the opportunity to exchange it while he worked on other parts of the project. I had wanted to replace the hot and cold water valves for the washing machine, which were leaking when not connected to the washer. Fred advised that the benefits wouldn't be worth the labor cost of cutting into the solid cement exterior wall. Since the existing valves don't leak when connected to the washer, I took his advice. I will be calling CDS again when I have plumbing needs! I paid $457, which included labor and $30 in small parts.

We hired CDS based on previous reviews on Angies List. Adam was the technician who did the work for us. He was extremely pleasant, professional and did a great job! It took two visits to the house because I had ordered the wrong size for the kitchen sink. He also had to pick up the items from Lowes and Home Depot. This is a truly wonderful company to work with. Everyone involved in the process was responsive, helpful, kind and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. We will definitely use them for future plumbing issues. I hired these folks based solely on their online reputation on Angie's List. Scheduling was a breeze, the plumber showed up a touch early and called before getting here - all good. The faucet repair could not happen, but that was an issue with my valves and the plumber patiently explained what was happening and I know that he tried to do what was asked, but could not. My challenge is that as we were paying for the service call he decided we were close enough to show me the handgun he just bought and explain that it needs a new trigger... I'm not a gun owner, but have no issues with those who are. Just don't assume that I share your enthusiasm for concealed weapons. An unfortunate ending to what was, until that point, probably a company I would have called again.

Paul was awesome! Came early and stayed late did a beautiful job and was so clean! I had nothing to do after he left. I was very impressed. It was not an easy job as we have a very old home and he had to do some finagling to get some fittings installed but he did and it looks and performs beautifully. Highly recommended and worth every penny!

Paul arrived on 2/12/18 to prepare a 4-part estimate for plumbing improvements in the kitchen, home exterior, master bath & 2nd bath. He e-mailed me the estimate early 2/13/18 & in conversation with him later, I elected to perform the kitchen & home exterior portions of the estimate on 2/14/18. I provided some Customer Furnished Equipment (CFE) & Paul installed: (1) 1/2-hp food waste disposer (CFE); (2) 1-handle deck mount kitchen faucet (CFE); (3) new kitchen shut-off valves, basket strainer & drains; and, (4) 3/4-turn hose bibbs for two (2) exterior faucets. I was very impressed with his quality workmanship, honesty, and outstanding business ethics. I look forward to working with Paul to complete the remaining portions of this project involving the master & 2nd baths.

Needed to locate a second septic tank on our property and CDS came out same day and located tank and clean-out valve in less than an hour. We have used them before and they are the best plumbers in Brevard county!!!!!!!!

Overall the work was performed on time, within budget, and in a very professional manner. I requested that the new connections not use the new "quick connect" fittings, but use high quality sweat fittings. The end result was of the highest quality, clean, and very durable against accidental bumps, along with a beach-side weather-resistant main water supply connection and shut-off valve. The CDS team was very accommodating as to schedule and assuring we understood the expected costs and results. Would highly recommend CDS for all home plumbing projects both large and small.
