During a complete renovation, this company was hired for kitchen and bath cabinetry, counters, and appliances. They were supposed to provide flooring but failed to meet the deadline for delivery and installation so I had to have the general contractor do the floors to avoid delaying the entire remodel. The company at first seemed good to work with, but turned out to be maddeningly late - as in, months - noncommunicative, and with poor attention to detail. Wrong items were ordered, promised to be replaced, then left wrong. I am missing 15 drawers and three cabinets, and the wrong stove hood was brought and badly installed 'just until we pass inspection'. The person claimed to have all the missing cabinet pieces and to have ordered the correct hood. "Final details" such as leveling or even securely attaching doors were left undone. After a promise to return in three weeks to finish everything, the contractor vanished and has never since responded to emails, texts, letters, or phone messages. That was a year and a half ago. I am left having to complete the work myself and try to match the drawers to the rest of the cabinets. Fortunately I held back a small amount of the payment, though I doubt it will cover everything. I was extremely detailed and specific about what I needed, yet the contractor later complained about 'customizing' everything. Despite my initial favorable impression, I would not recommend this company. If you do decide to use them, DO NOT PAY THEM MORE THAN A SMALL DEPOSIT BEFORE ALL WORK IS FINISHED, including the finishing details.
