Excellent from beginning to end. Knowledgeable and courteous from the sales staff in the store through the installers. Project only took one day longer than planned due to some extra work I had them do. Total cleanup after everyday and they moved furniture out and back in from every room. I highly recommend these folks.

I had read the reviews on Angie's list and chose two designers plus Home Depot.  I made a visit to Home Depot and was informed I needed an appoinment.  I scheduled an appt with the Titusville Home Depot.  The "designer" was not prepared with the information I had provided.  After a half hour, we agreed to reschedule.  The next appt. wasn't much better.  The quote was $30,000.  I was ready to sell our home thinking that if Home Depot was $30,000, there was never going to be an option of a custom kitchen design.  With a heavy heart I submitted information to Cabinet Designs and made contact with another designer.  (Home Depot did contact me and apologized for the misquote stating that the computer made an error and kept adding the three designs I had priced together instead of giving me three different quotes.)  The other company I contacted did come to our home and provided a free estimate.  The gentleman smelled of cigarette smoke and I could hardly wait until he left.  His company did provide a quote and informed us to come to the showroom to see their products.
I made an appoiment with Scott Riley at the showroom for Cabinet Designs of Central Florida.  I was immediately impressed with the professionalism and information he provided regarding a remodeling of our kitchen.  He offered me a tour of the workshop where the cabinets were custom made.  Shortly after my visit to the showroom, I did schedule an in home visit which Scott completed.  He was at our house at exactly the time scheduled.  He did take several measurements and asked several questions and gave some recommendations.  Shortly after Scott's visit, he did email several drawings and an estimate for the cabinets.  Since I was doing some of the "leg" work up until this point, my husband and I scheduled another visit to the showroom and my husband was able to meet with Scott and view the materials, etc.
We also went to the other "custom" designer and discovered that there wasn't any "custom" work done onsite.  Measurements are taken and sent to China and built overseas.  We also found one other "custom" designer who sent the measurements to another state to have the cabinets made.
We decided to enter a contract with Cabinet Designs of Central Florida.  Everything was spelled out and agreed upon.  The contract was fulfilled as stated - no surprises - no delays - no worries.
If custom work is what you want, there is no better workmanship and people to work with than Cabinet Desdigns of Central Florida.  From the first contact to the last clean up of the cabinets being installed, we NEVER had anytype of issue with this company.  Everyone understood what was expected and a top of the line, quality product was manufactured and installed.  All timelines were met and professional individuals assisted us in having a beautiful finished kitchen.

 I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH THE STAFF AT CUSTOM DESIGNS OR THEIR SERVICE.  INSTALLATION WAS SKILLFULLY DONE AND TIMELY.  SCOTT RILEY IS THE MOST PATIENT AND PROFESSIONAL BUSINESSMAN I HAVE EVER HAD THE PLEASURE OF WORKING WITH.  I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE QUALITY OF THEIR DESIGN AND WORKMANSHIP.

My wife and I are very happy with the quality of product and service from this company. Derek came out to our house and measured all the doors and even gave some recommendations that made a lot of sense. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for cabinets. The price is fair and the quality of work is top notch.

We had met with several cabinet places here locally and were not impressed with anyone that we met with. We built our first custom house ten years ago and learned a big lesson with regards to the cabinets (and other things). The cabinets were prebuilt, boxed and shipped on site at that time. We had issues with handles and the finish coming off within five years. Of course, the company that sold them to us was out of business AND the company that made the cabinets had a change in their manufacturing process two years after our cabinets were done. For any cabinets done before that there was no warranty. Go figure.

The first local company we met with told my wife no on several different cabinets. They said we can't get them to fit that design. What they were really saying is that the and quot;pre-madeand quot; cabinets are not customizable. We met with one custom cabinet maker here and I knew we were in trouble on the first meeting. His shop is his garage and his entire house was covered with sawdust (inside). When we asked about designing something he took out a piece of paper and said he could draw something up. We asked about a 3D rendering and he said he doesn't deal with computers. We asked about painting some of the cabinets and he scoffed and said that you don't paint wood. You only stain it. Time to go. We actually stumbled on to Cabinet Designs by seeing their sign on the road. I looked them up on Angies List and there was/is minimal feedback. After one meeting with Dan we knew we were in the right place. There was nothing my wife asked that he didn't say yes to. Basically, if you can dream it up they can build it. As it turns out I knew somebody that had their cabinets already installed and we had always admired their kitchen and thought it was probably the nicest we had ever seen before. Dan allowed us as many meetings as we wanted to take in order to get our plan down to exactly what we were looking for. He had great software that showed you everything and he was happy for us to bring in pictures of what we wanted. The communication was always spot on. You really get a custom cabinet made locally by a FAMLY run business. You can't ask for anything more than that.

We have had the cabinets installed now for several months and everyone that comes into our house for the first time always comments on how amazing our cabinets are. Nothing but compliments. We knew having quality custom cabinets would cost a little more than the pre made ones but it is well worth it. I have no concerns about any future issues with these cabinets and if there was anything to happen I know I could have them taken care of by Dan and his team. I would highly recommend them if you are shopping for new cabinets or building a new home. I am still surprised by the fact their are minimal reviews on here for them considering how busy they are and the custom work they do. I think that most people that are looking for this type of quality are probably not looking for it on Angies List. They stay busy enough without it but I felt compelled to leave the feedback based on the work that was done.

Dan, provided a detailed drawing of the cabinets. the cabinets are knotty alder. they were installed on 10/21/13. they are beautiful. There were no issues as to construction or installation.

Cabinet Designs they built very beautiful solid cabinets that exactly fit the area that I needed for a large kitchen with no fillers or anything else. And everybody that comes in basically is very impressed with the cabinets.

Very professional company. . they completed the entire job in 1 day arriving on time and staying late to complete the job . . . . cabinets are top quality . . Everyone I worked with from one of the owners to the installation staff was very professional . . and experienced in their craft. I am very impressed by this company and its employees and highly recommend them. The quality of the cabinets is outstanding . . and in the end. . the cost was comparable to the out-of-the-box quotes I received but the professionalism and quality of workmanship is far superior. . .

I contacted Cabinet Desings through their website, I got an immediate response within 24 hours. The designer, Derek, came to our home shortly afterward and I shared with him basically what I wanted. He had great ideas and soon returned to share a drawing, an estimate and timeline of the construction. We were very happy with the design and proceeded to sign a contract after a visit to their showroom to look at details and hardware. The installer, Scott, was very responsive and constantly cleaned up behind himself. Dave, the actual cabinet maker, came by to make some minor tweaks and the final project was exactly what we wanted. All the workers we had contact with were always very professional, punctual and courteous. We would definitely use Cabinet Designs again and would highly recommend their work.

Cabinet designs worked with me to custom design some very high end, quality cabinets for my bathroom. The design of the cabinets included several custom features where high precision was required. CD did a fantastic job with all aspects. Leslie helped me tremendously with making numerous decisions regarding the overall look of the bathroom and not just the cabinets. She and Dan the owner are outstandingly good people. The prices were outstanding as well --- comparable to what I would have paid at outlets or Lowes/Home Depot for inferior cabinets that were not custom. The gave me a terrific value for my money. And to give you an example of how awesome they are --- when one of the job site workers damaged the inset mirror (and didn't fess up) I returned to CD for the repair. Dan repaired the gash and you can't tell it was ever there --- and he thought it was wrong for the workers not to admit the problem (there's no way you could inadvertently cause that much damage) --- so he did not charge me for the repair. That was extraordinary. One thing that also is outstanding about their work is that they have a laser cutter that makes high precision cuts in wood. I incorporated a custom door in the side of the floor-to-ceiling cabinet next to the sink for storage of toothbrushes and razors. The laser cutter made a cut in the side that is perfect --- the door hardly shows (as I wanted it) because the grain of the wood continues perfectly. If you want high end cabinetry, fantastic and patient people to work with, at a very reasonable price then go to Cabinet Designs. I can tell you I would travel a great distance if I had to in order to use their services again. They are that good.

Cabinet Designs did an incredible job of building custom cabinets and other custom furniture for our entire house during a very extensive remodel. They not only built kitchen and bathroom cabinets, they also built a large custom desk area, bookcase, and TV cabinet. I have to give special credit to Derek, who patiently worked through this process with us and made many valuable suggestions and improvements to the original designs. The results have exceeded our expectations and all the cabinets and custom furniture are absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend this company to everyone.
