Len showed up when he said that he would, inspected the house, and provided a quote that turned out to be the most reasonable that we received. When we hired them, the Arrigo Air team arrived on time, installed and adjusted the unit, and cleaned up after themselves. They returned a few days later to ask whether we were happy or anything else needed to be done. They had to reduce the air flow to decrease the humidity in the house, which they did successfully in one trip. They were a pleasure to work with. I recommend them for any HVAC work.

He was very professional and friendly. He gave us a discount because he wasn't able to locate the leak today and only charged us for the freon and a 1 hour house call even though he was here longer than that. I felt that he did I very through job trying to locate the leak even though it was not found.
We have always had great, fast, well priced help from this company and will continue to use them in the future. In fact, we will be calling them in about a month to install a new duct into a remodeled room.

They gave me the best estimate and the work went well. I am satisfied with the service. They were prompt and able to get here quickly. I will continue to use them in the future and would recommend them to others.
