Gregg, sales rep was very courteous, informative, and responded to my questions in a promptly manner. The project manager, Carmen was also courteous and professional. I was very satisfied with the entire crew and quality of work. They delivered on everything they said they would. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

the project Manager did not inspect the work done. They tried to get it done in one day, ran out of the right materials and daylight, and have not returned to make the corrections. The flashing does not look good in some areas, they used the wrong color for the gutter aprons and some of the drip edge. Not happy.

Joe the sale rep was great and delivered on everything he said Total Home would do.

Very prompt and the job site was left in great condition.

They had a very competitive bid and the person I dealt with upfront was great, but I had major leak within a few weeks of the job being completed. I made many calls and emails to get them back out to fix the problem. In the meantime the leak stained my ceiling and they never repaired it. I would not recommend this company.

I hired Total Home Roofing to replace my asphalt roof in early July. They were pretty good until the contract/proposal was signed, and then they basically threw any customer service out of the window. I called them repeatedly about scheduling and to verify my roof colors, but always got routed to a voicemail with no return calls. It took them weeks to schedule the job, and by the time they called, they actually had the wrong roof color down. The first scheduled replacement had to be rescheduled because they, *were out of the materials necessary to do the roof.* They then rescheduled for the last day in July and had the roof materials dropped off in my driveway the night before. The next morning they called and stated that they had to reschedule because of the rain; it did not rain that day. They wanted to reschedule almost a week out, but when I told them that they needed to move the materials off of my driveway, they said they would come out the next day and do the roof. The next morning came and went (again no rain) and they were complete no-shows - not even a phone call. If you are in the Cincinnati/NKY area I would avoid this company, most of the time you have to deal with a woman named Nicole who calls from Florida - they are not even local.

had a good experience!!!! every thing was deliverd day before job!!! They started @7:00 & worked the hole day!!! cleaned all mess up & finished up in one day!!!! Good job!!! Thank you for a job well done!!!!

Did an excellent job. Arrived as scheduled, cleaned up the area and completed the work in one day.

After meeting with Mr. Gregg Luebbe, sales consultant, he had his associates come out right away to install a tarp over two holes I had on my roof. He also made himself available everytime I had a question about where we were in the process. He reassured me that Total Home Roofing would take very good care of me as a client. From the representative in the insurance department, to the project manager, delivery of the product, the roof installers and final walkthrough Total Home Roofing was very professional installation and clean up was outstanding. I truly recommend Mr. Lubbe and the whole Total Home Roofing team to anyone that is looking for service on their roof. I am extremely satisfied with the work of this company.

We have a very old house and no one wanted the job because it was too hard. They replaced our spanish style roof. It looks EXCELLENT and we love it. Most professional and customer service driven people I know. I would give them a hundred stars if I could.

They did a great job, but after the job was done, I had some leaks. They were fixed, but they sent one guy for the roof repair and another guy for the interior repair, sometimes weeks apart.

Very professional company. We had a re-roof and have been very pleased with their service, communication, and attention to details. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Lower rating for value is because all roofers seem to have raised their prices 35-50% after Irma went through.
