My home is not large. It is small and was mostly clean and picked up when they arrived. They came for two hours. Cleaned minimally. Less than 1-2 minutes each room. Did not make beds, picked up nothing not even a wrapper off counter. Everything was done to the very minimum. Clean linen to be put on master bed was left in pile on chair, master bed was barely made with sheets measly thrown on. Kids rooms beds were not touched. I have photos and video of how little time (less than 2 minutes) in each room. Toothpaste marks still on bathroom counters, none of windows wiped, everything you would expect from a basic cleaning was not even done, never mind a deep cleaning. Absolutely not exaggerating, it was the worst cleaning service I have ever had. I had to actually clean the entire house myself after they left. Such a waste of money I feel totally deceived. Absolutely would not recommend.

Cindy and her crew left the home sparkling clean. They were able to get the yellow stains off the lights and all the dirt and grime off the windows and window sills. The floors were so shiny and the whole house looked better than the way it was when we moved it. Cindy was communicative and prompt and her crew did an excellent job on very short notice on a Sunday.
