Worth the wait! We have an old historic Victorian house and All Pro was one of the few shutter installers in town willing to take on the job and the challenge. I was very impressed with their knowledge, their installation techniques, and willingness to accept nothing but perfection. With a house this old were very used to contractors trying to make us accept subpar conditions. However, All Pro spent a ton of time and effort to make sure that our shutters were perfect and so was the installation. It was a 10/10 experience and would recommend them to anyone!

Great company - very prompt, friendly and professional. Shutters are beautiful and work great. I got several estimates and their prices were far lower than their competitors yet didn't effect the quality of the product or service.

They did a great job. Took a few months to get them from factory due to huge backlog of orders post Hurricane Irma, but All Guard kept me updated. Once they arrived, All Guard scheduled me and their installers got them installed on all windows in one day. They look really good and we feel safer if we have another hurricane.

Everything went as planned. Good quality materials and knowledgeable installers. (Installers were company employees, not subcontractors.) Very responsive to questions both before and during installation. Through the whole process from initial contact to final installation I always got a prompt response whenever I had questions. Price was very competitive.

She wanted to do the job without an estimate. Pressured, she said, “$65 first hours; $45 each additional.” I asked about materials and gave her the measurements. She came up with a total of $550. I told her another company wanted $400. She said, “I’ll sweeten the pot for $350. I’ll send out two men and will only charge you for one.” One man showed up, which meant it was going to take twice as long. He was an hour late and didn’t call beforehand. It took him three hours to do the job and he charged me $471. Complaining back to her, I said we had a verbal contract for $350. She didn’t acknowledge this and talked about how the materials cost her $300, which is bogus. The materials retail for $4.50 a foot and he used 44 feet, which is $198. We argued until I got tired of her lies and decided to pay what the other company wanted--$400, and she agreed. The installer did a good job, but stay away from this dishonest and deceptive business.

"We apologize any misunderstanding there may have been in the process of negotiating the cost of your service call over the phone. We pride ourselves on our honesty and integrity. Our associate quoted you our rates for a service call. We charge $65 for us to come out to your home. That covers the first half hour. Then we charge $42.50, per man per hour, thereafter. Parts/materials are in addition to theses charges. We are very competitive in our pricing and this is standard practice in our industry. In addition it is standard practice in a service company that they strictly quote the rates that they charge for a service call, but do not quote the total cost of your service call. The reason is for this is because when a service man goes to an appointment it may be a simple repair/service or it may end up being more difficult that anticipated by the customer or the service company, at no fault of the service company. So as you stated you "pressured" our associate into giving you a quote. She accommodated your demand that we commit to a fixed price on your service call prior to coming to your home. This again is why service companies do not as a standard quote the total price of a job before it is complete. We apologize for the discrepancy between what you claim she quoted you and what the installer then requested at the satisfactory completion of you job. It was a honest mistake or misunderstanding."
