All went well. Getting rid of the possum takes some patience and repeat visits, but once that's done, clean up was quick and easy. The entire team I interacted with was firs class all the way. It IS expensive, and you kind of wonder why it is for what they actually do, but you're really paying for their expertise and experience and it IS worth it.

I've been using him for about a year now. He calls in advance and actually asks,"What day works best for you?"  He's really good. His prices are very reasonable.  He's a very personable guy to work with.  He does what you want him to, without trying to sell you a bunch of additional services.  He isn't pushy.  He's very accommodating.  If you don't need for any interior spraying to be done, he will let you decide what you need done at that visit.  And if you find any bugs in between the scheduled visits, he'll come and take care if that, too, for no charge.  I've got numerous pets, and he is very careful around them and uses treatments that are pet and environmentally friendly.
