 + -1 moreI made an appointment with this provider to arrive at my house between 1 & 2 PM on the day following my phone call. They were to complete all the maintenance found necessary to all locks on my home. A technician never arrived and no one called to explain they would be late or could not make it. At 3:00pm I called and canceled the appointment. I was disappointed at the response I received from the receptionist as well. When I said I'm calling to cancel the appointment that no one showed up for, she said okay, fine, asked me my name and said the appointment was canceled. No apology, or even an attempt to take care of the customer.
Description of Work: Provider never showed up, so he did nothing.

 + -1 moreWent well. Fortunately locksmith could replace a part inside the lock rather than replacing the entire deadbolt lock, at the rental property, which was a savings as well. We appreciated their quick response. Very efficient and we'll us them again. Thank you Pop-A-Lock!
