They were excellent.

I have been using Bugstoppers for more than seven years. They come to my house quarterly and service the outside. (They always call the day before to let me know they're coming.) Whenever I need them, whether it is a month after my latest service or just a day, they come back right away and take care of the problem (usually ants for us, but on occasion silverfish). Before we started using them, we thought we'd just have to live with ants, but that's not the case! During our time using them, they have helped us get rid of two nasty ant infestations (one in an upstairs window frame) in addition to the original treatment, and they keep our property bug-free 99% of the time. When my son was a baby, they were very careful to keep pesticides away from where he might be crawling, and they're always happy to explain what they are doing.

tI have an annual contract with Bug Stoppers and have found them to be very reliable and concerned about their clients. My home has been battling an ant attack and they have applied two different treatments to try and get things under control. I pay a quarterly fee whichI think is very resonable for their efforts. i have had many bad experience with various types of service companies in Florida but BugStoppers has been a good experienece.

Any time I see a bug I call them and they come. They are available if I have a question and they always come out within 12 hours if I have a problem; if they don’t come in 12 hours, it’s 24 hours at the latest. I think the price is fabulous. I have referred them to other people.
