Very courteous and honest. I had a leak and they immediately sent a crew to patch the roof and stop the leak at no additional charge while waiting for the permits and the tiles to come in.

They were 8 weeks out

Probably due to frequent rain, it took longer than I hoped to complete. The work was done to my satisfaction. I'm happy with the result.

It was a lot of hard work due to complexities of our roof, but they exceeded my expectations.

Kept us informed of start date and progress. Completed job very close to schedule. Met all commitmants.

Roof Pro is stands by their work! They are honest, honest, honest. The owner is so professional and cares about his reputation ! He's a rare find these days ! Roof Pro is responsive and fair and warranties their work for 3 years! Great office staff too ! Their work is impecable too ! They use a method that most roofers don't use !

Overall summary is that they did an outstanding job. Initial contact with Roofpro was quick and easy. Met with Dominick (the owner) as scheduled and we had a good discussion of the roof replacement process. After other estimates I selected Roofpro based on price and how I felt about Dominick from an integrity perspective (first impressions are important). Contract process was easy and Cathy in the office was very helpful on selecting the right attic fan and solar tubes with the right code ratings. So they get an excellent for initial contact, estimate, and contract work. From a technical ability perspective my biggest worry living in South Florida was ending up having unskilled labor doing the work. The good news is that the laborers are employed directly by roofpro and are skilled in what they do. The crew leader knew his stuff and all the folks I talked to were courteous and friendly. They get an excellent for technical ability and workmanship. However, I have only minor complaints about cleanup and too many roofing nails left in the grass and plant beds around the house. But no complaints about anything that really impacts the integrity of the roof. Communication was excellent. From a schedule perspective there is good news and bad news. It took 3 months before they got started. But it was worth the wait. Once they did start it was all hands on deck. Nice job getting it done. So the wait part is entirely forgotten so I have to give them an excellent on once they started and getting it done.

This same leak was repaired twice by another company. When the third leak appeared in June, we called Roof Pro. A perfect job!

I have seen roof proj work in my area when I spoke to Cathy – she is so helpful. It was a process for me to do having never done so before. She made it so easy, kept me informed and the crew – simply amazing.

All work done on time frame promised -each evening. Construction site was fully cleaned & swept & attic debris, plywood laid on lawn 2 driveway for protection.

We scheduled service and that day it was raining so they called to reschedule. They arrived on time and finished the job on schedule. We had one little area that was leaking still & they came right out & fixed it quickly.

I had a two month wait but it was worth it! Top notch professionals. Cathy walked me through the process, great communication all the way. The workmanship is outstanding. Job site maintained and each step fully explained. Once they start it is amazing how quickly they move! Worth every penny, would highly recommend them.

The first job ( roof repair and, sky light replacement went fine. We then hired them to replace our 2nd skylight. That's been since early April and we have yet to have anyone show up for the 2nd repair. We had sent in a deposit for this 2nd repair. We called twice and thy simply state that they are very busy and will get to our job. They should not take on jobs if they aren't able to man their workloads.
