I had my roof done a year ago. They refused to fix a link right after roof maintenance was completed. They tried to say that this link was not their responsibility. There remedy was for me to pay $1200 in addition to the $975 we already paid. I would recommend not hire this company for any reason. They sent over the manager to use his experience to deflect any responsibility. He definitely learned how not fix a problem without expense to his company. He manipulated every reply I presented. Buyer beware.

I can not say enough about this company. They were outstanding! They came out to estimate quickly. I had a roof leak and broken tiles form last year's storms. With Florida's shortage in roof tiles due to the hurricane they wanted to be sure I had spares. I thought I did but found out I was wrong. No problem they found some to match at the shop. The repair was more complex then I thought, again no problem Honestly, these guys were the best.

I've been here for 30 years. My roof has a lot of decay and rotting just because it's been so long. When Pace came out, they informed me that the previous roofing company that I had complete some services did not appropriately fix the problems when they came out to fix a leak. It was determined that I needed a whole new roof plus other repairs. The employees working for Pace are great. They are very professional considering my last experience. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable about what they do. They keep the area clean and my roof looks great so far. My friend recommended them to me, and then I found out they were on Angie's List. Though I wish they provided some sort of discount for being a member of Angie's List like some of the other companies, I am still pleased with the job thus far.

Even though there were two points on the roof that where leaking and the square footage and repair job was twice as large as the estimate the first roofer (Capps Roofing currently rated number one on Angie's list) their estimate was $600 cheaper.  They gave me an estimate came when they said they would and did a nice job on the repair and matching the tile.

I'm not going to lie, there were a few hiccups with scheduling and my roof sat bare with only tar paper for nearly 2 weeks. The wrong color tiles were delivered and the folks at Pace had no idea the right ones had been sitting on my roof for days. The project took a lot longer than expected. Communication was at best poor and I really had no idea if roofers would show up on any given day or not. I was never told that my pool enclosure may have to be detached with a separate company at my expense, I was never told that if they uncovered a board that was not going to be covered by the new roof I would need to hire someone else to paint it or pay them extra to do so. A little more communication before the project began would have been nice. That being said they did paint that board that was uncovered at no charge after I contacted Mr. Pace myself. All the issues I had were more with the folks running the show, not the roofers themselves. In their defense, when I took the time to email my concerns they were responsive and provided answers and apologies. The guys (and one woman) who removed the old roof and installed the new one were great. They were very polite and courteous. They were appreciative of my efforts to keep them full of Gatorades and lunch. What a very professional crew they have doing the actual work! I would definitely use them again, but would recommend having someone explain the full process and possible extra services and costs that may arise as the project moves forward.

Estimate turned into fantastic advice, that will solve our drainage issue without causing more problems in the long run. Great experience, great rep for this company to have working with the public. John is a very nice and professional person.

Everything went well.  The workers were respectful and efficient.  Communication (very important to us) was handled well.  The roof looks great and we haven't had any problems.  It cost more than I thought it would, but we got other bids, and they were all about the same.  Pace also did some repair work on my mother's roof, which is one of the reasons we chose to work with them.  They also took pictures of everything for us to submit to the insurance company.

very professional, nice work, no complaints, had to wait a few weeks for appointment (guess these guys are busy) and of course it was a bit on the more pricy side, even though I have to say the guys actually doing the work seem to have done somewhat more than what was quoted so it balanced out ...

They did a good job. They had reasonable prices and had better prices than the competitors. I have been using them ever since on my repairs. They have good service and always come back if there are any problems.

I liked the way the salesman for the company conducted himself and made himself available 3 different times for different things I wanted to consider. He came to the house and brought samples and sample contracts, as well as the insurance and bonding and stuff. They were recommended in your list. In addition to that a friend of mine in the Planning and Zoning department for the county recommended him.

The repair was originally scheduled for over a week after John came out to diagnose the problem.  When he saw that heavy rain was forecast before our repair date, John rushed the crew out to our house 3 days earlier, before the bad weather hit.  We ended up getting torrential storms, so we were really pleased that John made sure the roof would be fixed before the bad weather arrived .

I have had problems with my roof leaking every couple of years since I first purchased my home. Pace seems to be the only company to have finally solved the problem. They were fast, clean and reasonably priced.

Pace Roofing replace our entire roof. The experience was so positive that we decided to have them replace our gutters and downspouts rather than another business. They did an excellent job and it looks great. They are professional and well trained - and cleaned up the worksite and our yard of any debris. There was one cosmetic issue that another homeowner may not have even cared about. But I called Pace and they immediately came out and took care of my concern. we highly recommend them to our neighbors and friends for roofing and gutter/downspout replacement.

Pace Roofing was a referral and we couldn't be happier with them. They were professional, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. The owner, Joe, was on-site several times and even invited us to his warehouse to look at the different products. His foreman, Frank, kept in contact with us throughout the process and was always available to us. The workers were friendly and always on task - cleaning up the worksite including any debris in the grass everyday before they left. When they removed the gutters, slight damage was done to the stucco which they immediately repaired. When the tiles were delivered, they were careful unloading and ensured protection to our driveway. Receptionist, Geri, was polite, congenial and always helpful. Several of our neighbors have commented on how nice the roof looks and they were surprised we paid thousands less than they did for the same tile. Fabulous experience! When the roof was done, we hired them to replace our gutters and downspouts.

They are great. They are excellent. They were good. Everything about the operation looked good. They were neat and organized. They spoke well. They were good overall. I had a good feeling. I would use them in the future.
