NSI was very professional and provided information on different window and door options. Doing a patio conversion and needed three impact windows and two sliding doors. Lloyd and the NSI team explained the different configurations, including available grid patterns. Delivery was prompt, pricing was perfect, and my wife and I couldn't be happier. Sales rep was rude and nasty, office receptionist, she was very dismissive and biased. But I have to add that the installers were good.

Was able to receive a detailed quotation quickly, answered all my questions and kept us in the loop of all the details. The installers were very personable and did a fantastic job. It is amazing how big of a difference the new windows make on our home. Would definitely recommend NSI to anyone looking for windows and a professional team!

Professional, prompt and high attention to details.  Everything about this job went smoothly and to my satisfaction. 
NSI first did a site measurement, then developed the bid, facilitated the order, picked up the windows, delivered them to the job site and installed them. 
The installation looks great, the crew  didn't make any mess either - it was hard to tell they were even in the house. 
One of the windows was defective and NSI helped to contact the manufacturer and arrange for a replacement.

The house we bought is 21 years old & the windows are all non-impact large wood Casements & Bay windows. There is significant rot & carpenter ant damage to many of the windows. We got a quote from another contractor that deals with Costco & markets the PGT PremiereVue window under their own brand name...but it is the identical same window. We could not get a written quote from this vendor and the pricing was extremely high. Then we called NSI & James Nugent came to our house & gave us a written estimates in 4 configurations for us to select the option that best fit our budget & options. The quote is very clear & lists everything in detail needed to do the job including all the warranties on labor and product, & permitting costs. The actual person that will be doing the install came by to measure prior to ordering the windows & we asked him questions until his ears were about to bleed, but he was very nice & answered them all in detail with a great attitude/knowledge.
So far they have been a pleasure to deal with & we will begin the install process in the next few weeks.

We are quite pleased with the service that Lloyd and NSI provided us.  NSI has been quick to respond to our questions and to minor issues in replacing trim that was lost/ damaged as a result of mishaps during the install by our contractor.  At all times they have demonstrated product knowledge, expertise and professionalism.

We regret that we did not buy our front entrance door system from NSI.  The contractor pointed us in another direction to save a few hundred dollars, a decision that we began to regret almost immediately, having issues with the install that resulted in sacrificing the overall integrity of the entrance to our home.  We believe that had we stuck with NSI these issues would have been averted.
