Project: Acquire a difficult to find part needed to repair my Attic Step unit and make the repair.. Mauricio went above and beyond to find that spare part which permitted the Attic Steps to be repaired rather than replaced at a much greater cost. He does great work. He's courteous, cleans up afterwards, is straight forward, and clear in communicating. I didn't worry about anything. He did the work at fair price and treated the property as if it were his own. I highly recommend him.
