The technician was knowledgeable, professional, and punctual. He even added a direct shutoff to my fridge's copper tube during instillation of my unit. I highly recommend Koolrunning.

Absolutely amazing service. I can say for once this company is the one company I seen so far that actually comes out and gives the proper service the clients pay for instead of just taking your money. He accurately diagnosed our ice machine and did the most thorough proper cleaning I’ve ever seen you were over and beyond and also started cleaning other things that wasn’t even the priority he was being paid for absolutely amazing service. Prompt and courteous

Technician didn't seem to know much about dishwasher repair. He had to call Samsung for help which I could have done myself. Not confident he correctly diagnosed the problem. Ultimately offered to replace circuit board for double the price I can buy it myself plus installation.

The company reached out to us quickly from our inquiry on Angi. An appointment was scheduled soon after. Our technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. He had to come back a couple days later with a part to finish the repair. My washing machine works great now. Thank you Kool Running!

We decided, after much communication with our appliance's manufacturer, that repairing it was not cost effective for us. Kool Running's staff was patient and fair. It took us several days and a few changes in direction before settling on making a new purchase instead of repairing.
