Our GC hired J&B to find/repair a leak at the house we had just purchased in 2021. Since then John and Bobbie have repaired other issues we have had that previous repair contractors had no idea how to. John was/is so knowledgeable and went above and beyond to remedy issues we didnâ  t even know existed. I still call him to ask his opinion on other issues we may have with our house and not only does he still answer me, he refers to me as a VIP customer and makes a house call! He can fix anything or will give it his all to find a way to solve an issue. Call them, you will be happy you did!!!

Both J & B were courteous and helpful. J did some waterproof sealing around windows and advised on possible future project. I was very impressed with the personal care B took with all my concerns. Being able to reach a real person on the phone, and receive prompt courteous service and appointment is admirable.

Bobbie and John rendered a high evel of service rarely found. John responded immediately to my request and the work was made quickly a thoroughly.

Excellent speedy communication. John came to my property for a thorough inspection. He is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in his field. Work was of the highest quality and was completed in a very professional manner. Will not hesitate to use the again in the future.

We had a water leak from an exterior wall that was hard to find. After receiving several quotes we decided to have J&B waterproofing do the job. They were very neat and clean and made sure the yard looked as if they were never there. John was fantastic walking the property and pointing out potential trouble spots. I was not expecting all of the extra little things John did and we are so glad they he walked the property with us and explained the necessary repairs. I have already decided to have John waterproof the rest of the house to prevent future leaks in different areas. John is very easy to talk to and he takes the time to listen to your concerns and the final job matched the proposed quote without any unexpected extras to be added on. John was very friendly and helpful when it came to explaining the necessary steps to fix my issue. Professional and someone I’d work with again in the future.

These folks did some waterproofing on a very small section of our house -- even though we were about as far away from their service location as they'd work. There's simply no one around us doing this. They came out quickly to quote and then were able to return that same week to complete the project. They made recommendations for waterproofing we hadn't even considered and allowed us to choose how far we wanted to take the project. We ultimately had them seal a portion of our foundation, seal all hose and electrical connections, and even seal around all of our windows on both the ground and upper levels.

J & B performed a fantastic job sealing all of our windows, water shutter tracks and all hairline fractures. Their fee was reasonable. They were professional, punctual, polite. The main point is they identified our water seepage and leak situation and completely fixed the problems. I recommend J & B 100%.

Great company, nice people. I spoke to both John and Bobbi (owner). They are both very pleasant, professional and courteous. John is most thorough when trying to find the source of the problem. He is very knowledgeable and I was impressed as to how he located the leaks. It is an understatement how thorough he is. The job was explained to me in detail and he went over my home with a fine tooth comb as I had some mystery leaks. I am very happy with the service. Not inexpensive but worth every penny to end to my water intrusion issues that have plagued me for so long. I would highly recommend them.

John and Victor showed up to the Job site on a rainy day just to let me know that they would need to reschedule... The next week with better weather they again were on time. They were courteous, mindful of the end result and made sure that I was completely satisfied with the job and best of all they fixed a leak which had been plaguing me for 10 years. Thank you John!
