Description of Work: An appointment was set and agreed upon by a phone call. Juan was referred to me by a neighbor. I should have checked out Angie's List first. On the day of the appointment Juan did not show. NO SHOW / NO CALL. I left several voicemails thinking he may have been delayed buy no reply. Very unprofessional.

+ -1 moreHe didn’t show up for the estimate at ten o’clock which is the time he had setup. I did reschedule and he showed up. He didn’t seem very interested in keeping me as a customer right from the start. His work was very sloppy and there was no attention to detail at all. I requested to see his current licensing and liability insurance numerous times to verify he was properly licensed and insured. He said I have it and that I could check. He didn’t want to provide a copy and said I could look into his licensing on my own. He sent out two men and the first time they came out they busted a sprinkler head. I asked him to rectify it but I ended up doing it myself. It was really hard to get him to follow up with the damages as well. I then asked him again to show me a copy of his licensing and insurance and he was very evasive about providing a copy to show me. After doing some research I discovered he is not licensed.
Description of Work: I used this company for some monthly landscaping services.
