Pool and Spa Servicing
The installation went well and service from the company was satisfactory up until I cancelled their monthly service after receiving an unfair bill in late 2004. The unit stopped working sometime last year after the warranty expired in September 2006. I contacted two separate service companies to look at the unit and both said that it needed new parts. The manufacturer of this particular unit has since closed so I contacted the owner of Caribbean Pools in May 2007 to find out if he could assist me in finding parts for the unit. After repeated phone calls over the course of several weeks that went unanswered I have given up and the unit remains nonfunctioning.
