Horrible. Showed picture of inside of window with grid design. NEVER talked about grid design on outside of window. They NEVER told me they could not do grid inside. I never wanted grid on outside and would have never bought window. They lied to me. Charged me for window. Couldn't get my money back. And my hurricane doors are not hurricane proof. DO not use them Joe Jenkins is not honest and not that smart. Horrible business take your money and I never got my window. They told me later they could have the inside grid special order. My fee for window went from $1560.00 to $2946.00. Trying to rip me off. Got window in Miami for less than $1000.00. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
