Recently got my roof installed by Wayne Gonzalez Roofing. If you're looking for excellent, quality work, fair pricing, and rarest of all, honesty, this is the company! Steve and everyone else were responsive and professional. Before I got my roof totally replaced by them, about a year ago, I had many roofers come to my house and tell me I needed a new roof ASAP. When Steve came, he replaced a couple of shingles and estimated that I would need a new roof in about a year, and gave me a quote. Of course, I called him back after a year, and the quality of work is impeccable. This is the roofing company you want!

Arrived on time completed the work in 2 days as indicated. Price was negotiated and I did not use all the plywood so those cost were subtracted from the price. Also did about 40 feet of gutter with 2 down spots and roof included a wind mitigation. Excellent work by the crew

They gave a detailed bid but the rep missed two skylights in back. They replaced all vents and we split the increase cost of the skylights. The rep took a long time to respond to requests for samples of shingles and other details. Once we agreed on the price, I was scheduled 2 weeks out. A cancellation resulted in the job staring 2 days after the agreed job. Job took 2 full days of work and was done professionally. I am waiting on my invoice for insurance and accounting.

Due to my schedule and Wayne's it took several months to arrange a time to replace my roof when I could be present.  It was not an emergency so no big deal.  Very satisfied with the completed job.

Have used Wayne multiple times, and he is always responsive, professional and the work is excellent!

Wayne came out and gave us a price on replacing a roof, with in a week of signing a contract he was there and did the work in one day.

It's not often you get something done for what, so far, has been free, but that's what happened.

During a recent period of very heavy rain over several days, I experienced a leak in my living room. I called a few roofing companies, but they all would take two days or more. Wayne Gonzolez said they would have someone out in a couple hours.

Their man arrived on time. Even though it was still drizzling outside, he went into the attic and discovered the source of the leak. He applied what he called a "temporary fix" but couldn't guarantee it would last. It did work. He didn't charge, but said the company would call me.

After more than a week, I called the company and explained the situation. They said I would get a call back. I got a call from the owner a day or so later and explained the situation to him. He said he'd call back. It's now been a couple weeks, and I haven't heard back from them.

Because the "temporary fix" did the job, I don't doubt their ability to do their work, thus the "A" ratings. The overall "C" grade wasn't the fault of the worker, it was because the owner forgot about me and didn't follow up.

The first time after the no show, no call, we were contacted on a Saturday about 4 days after the first scheduled appointment, to re-schedule.  We rescheduled for the following week and again a no show due to rain and we were not contacted until 2 days after the 2nd rescheduled appointment date; once again we rescheduled.  A week after the 3rd appointment that was once again a no show, no call, we contacted the contractor and advised  that we were working to engage another roofing contractor and asked that our request for an estimate and our contact information be removed from his records as we were no longer interested in engaging his company's services.

Did the job as expected.  No problems.  Quality of work and materials was excellent. My roof is years old roof and it is still looking good.  Initially they were hard to contact but they are busy.  I will definitely call this company if I need any roof work done.

There were a few hick ups, i was out of town when the job was done, so I can't say much.
