The experience was wonderful. They cleaned up after themselves. The prices were fair. I loved them, but they weren't very punctual.

Another company was called. They located the break in the cable, replaced 30 feet of wire, and finally tested the whole system. There was no damage found in the control box or the relay switches. The rate charged was $75 for the first hour and pro-rated for each additional 15 minutes. $200 total to inspect the entire system and make the appropriate repairs. I had been happy with Warner's in the past but they will never be called again!
