Terry and her crew are very prompt, very professional and do a great job!  We had both our new condo completely cleaned by them after we had new floors installed and before we moved in.  It was spotless when they left.  Then we had them clean the kitchen, both baths and laundry room in our old house so it was clean for the new owners.  The floors were going to be replaced in the living area, so that was left alone.  Again, it was spotless when they were done.  We were so impressed with the job they did that we have requested to be added as a regular customer.

They did a good job and made sure to take care of the things I had highest priority on.  Only complaint is the morning of the work they brought an extra worker and suddenly said all the agreed upon time they'd stay and clean would have to change because of it.

Terri and Ron came out to give us a quote and were completely professional and polite (even playing with our dog). They were very specific about the services they would provide and gave us an estimate right then. We scheduled the cleaning appointment for the following week. When they arrived, the crew (Ron, Jacki, and Jill) were right on time and had all of their supplies ready to go. And, the job came in perfectly within the range of the quote. They did a GREAT job! They even cleaned the microwave! We WILL use them again!! ...and again, and again...

Top Cat Cleaning is great! I've had them clean my house on a monthly basis for 17months and I highly recommend them.  They are very responsive, the crew comes on time, and works hard.  I work from home, and I like that there are usually three people each time, and they are in and out in a few hours, which minimizes the disruption to my workday. Everyone is very friendly, the owners are really nice people, and they work with you if you need to change your cleaning day on occasion. I highly recommend them!

We have been using their services for almost a year now. Terri and her husband run the business. They offer several different scheduling plans that best accommodate their customers needs. When they first started the service, they completed an intensive deep cleaning. They provide their own supplies, but they will work with you. They use green supplies and the smell is just so nice. They want to ensure that you are comfortable with the products they use in your home. They are so thorough and meticulous with the cleaning. I have used cleaning services before and with the quality of what they do and their conscientiousness, I find that the amount they charge is very reasonable.

The owners are lovely people and their girls do a very good job and I am very pleased.

Once again, I have enjoyed outstanding customer service and workmanship by Top Cat Cleaning. Scheduling was a breeze, Terry is very fast to respond to calls, texts and emails. Terry, Ron and Jackie arrived on time and immediately began deep cleaning the house. I had just had the interior painted and new carpeting installed this week, on top of the fact that the outgoing tenant left the house without so much as vacuuming up clumps of dog hair. 
Terry uses every favorite cleaning trick in the book and then some! She has ways to get into every nook and cranny to get out dust, shine fixtures, help sluggish drains and scrape off fresh paint residue. Her well trained eye caught a few things I need to take care of before the new tenant arrives. 
If I could be granted one wish, it would be that Top Cat Cleaning worked in my home town and could clean here, too!!

They are a fantastic team.  Terri and her husband head a wonderful group of ladies who go out of their way to make me happy.  And they do it.  My dog loves them also and they even changed the filter in my fish tank!

They show up as scheduled.  They do an excellent job and are very quick.  The price is very reasonable.  The girls are super friendly and polite.  I recommend them to anyone who asks and to some who do not.  I really cannot say enough about how great Top Cat Cleaners are!

Top cat cleaning has been cleaning our home for approximately 8 or 9 months.  They are always professional, and do an excellent job cleaning.  We have 3 cats and a dog, so we usually have animal hair on everything.  The folks from Top Cat never complain about our messes, and are always friendly and dedicated to their work.  We are really impressed with their dedication to customer service.  they keep us informed of what they are doing, are very flexible when we have the rare emergency (was caring for grandma and dealing with her emergencies).  They are always on time and treat our house like it is their own.  They are very careful with our things and all of their staff seem to take great pride in their work.  We really appreciate all they do to keep our house sparkling.  The teams work hard and concentrate on cleaning.  we never see them goofing around; they are strictly business when they are here.

Top Cat performed an initial "deep clean" on my home - Mr. Crimaldi and 2 of his ladies came to my home and did a wonderful job cleaning the home from top to bottom.  Attention to detail was excellent.  I initially met with Mr. and Mrs. Crimaldi prior to the initial cleaning and I felt an immediate sense of comfort with them; I have a home that is challenging at best as I have many animals, including an elderly dog with some issues, as well as another dog, 7 cats and birds.  My house is hair city as I have dark laminate flooring and everything shows.  Mr. and Mrs. Crimaldi put me at ease as they too have pets, as do many of their staff, and went out of their way to assure me that every care would be taken to ensure that the pets were not frightened or upset during the cleaning process.  Mr. Crimaldi and his ladies worked diligently and performed wonders in the both bathrooms.  The master bathroom shower door glass had terrible calcium build-up and after the cleaning, it looked brand new.  The products used are eco-friendly and the house always smells so clean - I have no concerns with adverse side-effects on my pets or with strong chemical smells.  Subsequent to the initial clean, Top Cat has been to my home 3 times, every other week, and have done a superb job.  Mrs. Crimaldi is very kind with allowing me to always contact her after the cleaning to make sure everything was OK at my home and that the pets were OK; she has even taken care of my elderly female dog when she needed a little attention - I cannot say how much that means to me.  I have never had any qualms about allowing Top Cat's staff into my home when I am not there.  I feel that the staff members are very trustworthy.  Top Cat gives me a sense of peace regarding housework now as I know that without fail they will be there every two weeks to do the "heavier" cleaning which means that I am not spending so much of my free time (which isn't much) cleaning.  I have recommended Top Cat to several of my friends, and highly recommend their services to anyone.  The cost of the cleaning bi-weekly is very reasonable and is well worth it to me.  I am very pleased to have had an opportunity to use Top Cat and get to know Mr. and Mrs. Crimaldi - they are such nice people, have wonderful work ethics and are reliable and dedicated to doing the very best job that the client/customer wants.

They came on time, were courteous/pleasant and professional.  They did a terrific cleaning job and I was very happy when they left.  I would absolutely recommend them in the future.

I used them for 7 months, the workers weren’t consistent; I wanted the same cleaning team, but they were constantly training someone new in my home.  It wasn’t what I expected when I signed up with them. I ran into someone else in the community that used them, and they had the exact same experience.

Teri and her team do an excellent job every time they clean. I've been using them for almost 9mo and they are consistent, thorough and professional. Teri even squeezed in my mother in laws house for a clean after we had a death in the family. Although their prices are a smidge higher, you definitely get what you pay for and then some. I highly recommend this company to everyone!

They're very good. They come every other week. They come in, they wash and vacum floors, do all the counter tops, clean the bathroom, clean my kitchen, clean my microwave, stove tops. It's just general cleaning with dusting, vacuming and they're very thorough. What I like is that they come in with a team of three people and if I have specific products that I prefer to use, they will use them. Otherwise, the products they come with are organic or safe. They do not harm counter tops or anything. They're just very thorough, they're willing to listen to anything that I say I would like them to pay special attention to, or any other concerns that I have. And I know they do quite a few people in my area and everybody said the same thing. They're popular. I've had a few friends who picked up the service because I recommended them.Their prices are very reasonable.

Everything about Top Cat is first class!  They do a thorough job, they are always on time, they all speak perfect English....all in all, one of the very best!  I couldn't be happier.
