TMI

Picked up the sod which had to be loaded by hand. Sod crumbled when handling it and was not very moist for having been cut that morning. Grass was down less than a week and was dying off. It was getting enough water and sun. Ended up replacing half of the grass that we put down with sod from another company after a few days it was great. Most of the sod that is left from TMI has been down about 3 weeks and is continue to thin out and take root. Company just said to fertilize it, which everyone knows you can't fertilized new grass for at least six weeks after putting it down. No offer to refund any money. Will most likely have to replace the rest of the sod since it looks like crap. Will never purchase anything from TMI again and don't recommended them. There are plenty of other sod companies around with competitive prices.
