Tim came out today and cleaned several carpeted areas and some area rugs. He was SO kind, SO polite, SO helpful. Paid attention to detail and even replaced heavy pieces that we had moved ourselves. What a great gentleman he was!
The process they use leaves no residue on the carpets (which will attract dirt later on) Instead, they use an bio-degradable enzymatic cleaner and a special process that treats the water they use.
Over the years, we have referred this company to friends and family and no one has been disappointed.
