I liked the complete interaction, everything from the consultation to going through the collaboration, selection of materials and pricing.  He gave me a recommendation about contacting my insurance company and that turned out really well.  The quality of the workmanship was good.  The contractor listened to what we wanted to do with the bathroom and he gave me very straight forward and fair pricing information.   He would tell me up front what it would cost to install something and he was willing to go along with me to pick out materials and supplies.  He was very collaborative and a very understanding contractor which is hard to find.  He didn't have so many jobs going on that he had to leave mine to get to another, etc.  He told me right upfront if there was a day he couldn't make it and when he'd be there.  His business card has his certification number on it.  The total was $10,000 but he gave me that referral to the insurance company and they paid $7,000.  The problem was based on the original construction of the house which was before we moved here.
