Sun Plumbing & Septic Service

I've used Sun Plumbing & Septic twice. They've shown exceptional customer service. I first time I had a sink installed. I believe the sink installation costed around $275. Later, the caulk started to peel off, they redid the caulking for free. The second time, they diagnosed my toilet and replaced a deteriorated wax ring for $167. The tech took off $20 because it took him less time than expected and I live locally. Jeff the owner is very responsive and patient, and his techs demonstrate that same work ethic.

The people from Sun Plumbing are always so professional. They show respect for the customer's time by always being on time. They show exemplary skills. We had problems with our septic for about 10 years. They fixed our septic to run the way it's supposed to. Now, for the last 5-6 years, we're not calling someone for help every couple of months. It just needs pumping service. We had water problems with our water system for 10 years, as well. They fixed that, too. Only servicing is now needed. This is a family owned and operated business. They show integrity with all they do. I wouldn't call anyone else for my septic or well issues.

Were responsive, as usual.  Diagnosed the problem, did the work 3 - 4 weeks later as promised.  Rain caused unavoidable delays, but still finished within the estimated time.  Needed to dig a large trench, but did a good job of filling in the trench and cleaning up after the work was completed.
They were helpful and professional, as usual.

He got the job done quickly and charged exactly what was quoted. What more could be asked. :)

They arrived the very next morning after we called.  They were very professional and courteous in assessing the problem and forewarned us that tile might need to be broken to get the remnants of the pipe out.  They worked carefully and persistently to retrieve the broken pipe and ultimately did not damage any of the bathroom wall tile.  This happened on Christmas eve and visions of $$'s were dancing in our heads, but Jeff and Justin charged a nominal fee, replaced the pipe and completed the installation of a new shower head in a very short time.

We have used Sun Plumbing many times over the 20+ years we have lived in this house.  They have always been truthful, reasonably priced and their work ethic and work standards are excellent.

They did a great job. They came out the same day that I called them and gave me a quote. They made the required repair, cleaned up and kept the bill as quoted. I've used them in the past and will continue to do so. I would recommend them to anyone.

He was able to come out the same day I called, which was wonderful! He was very nice and did a great job. It seemed a little pricey, but the work was done perfectly.

We are very pleased with the professionalism and competency, as well as the customer service of Sun Plumbing and Septic, would recommend them and use them in the future.
