Stolarenko Drafting

Michael Stolarenko completely lacks the knowledge to provide the services he offers. He has no knowledge of Florida building codes, practices, and methods. He brags about the ability to provide hand drawn drawings, but in actuality this is a detriment and a hindrance to efficiency. I provided him with exact floor plans and the reasons for specific dimensions, and he refused to stay within those guidelines, or produce plans with the written specifications. After several months of delays, he finally provided incomplete plans that amounted to six pages (compared to the 22 pages with required details from the building department I ended up with after finishing the drawings myself), that were not acceptable by the building department for submittal. I provided him with a list of the deficiencies, and he essentially refused to address them, and his response was get someone else to finish the plans. I ended up having to finish the plans myself; DO NOT waste your time or money with him, he will lie about the time frame, not give you what you need to submit for permitting, and you will end up going somewhere else anyway. He will claim to be cheaper than anyone else and faster, but you literally get what you pay for which is nothing usable. He is from the Northeast, and has no clue what is required in FL.
