Cindy was awesome! She was on time for the sales appointment and the closet was installed around my client's schedule. Very professional! As a Decorator I well know that my vendors can make me or break me. And this company made my client love me!

THE DRYWALL NICHE WAS AS REQUESTED, ALTHOUGH THE LIGHT SWITCH & PLATE WERE REPLACED, PROTRUDING AT LEAST A 1/2" FROM WALL, ALL BASE MOLDING WAS REPLACED WITH UP TO 3/4" GAPS AT END AND NOT CAULKED, CEILING LIGHTS LEFT DANGLING. CLOSETS CONFIGURED AS AGREED BUT DRYWALL LEFT WITH OBVIOUS ROUGH PATCHES PAINTED OVER. POCKET DOORS IMPROPERLY INSTALLED SO DO NOT WORK. DOOR HARDWARE NEVER INSTALLED; DOOR TRIM & BASE MOLDING INCOMPLETE; UNLEVEL SHELVES,SHELF ENDS BARELY REACHING SUPPORT BRACKETS IN SEVERAL PLACES,1 NOT EVEN ATTACHED TO WALL ON 1 CORNER, SOME SHELVING SCUFFED AND DIRTY. WHEN ASKED TO MAKE CORRECTIONS, INSTALLER ADVISED "TOO MUCH TIME HAD BEEN WASTED ON THIS PROJECT", AND HAD TO MOVE ON TO OTHER CUSTOMERS. COMPANY INSISTS ON FULL PAYMENT. ATTEMPTS TO RESOLVE THRU BBB UNSUCCESSFUL. QUOTES FROM 2 CONTRACTORS TO CORRECT ERRORS EXCEED ADDITIONAL $1200 BEING DEMANDED FROM SQUARED AWAY. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE: RUN, DON'T WALK IN OPPOSITE DIRECTION OF THIS CO!

This is probably one of the best service companies I have dealt with. Sid was great from start to finish. He showed up on time & did a very professional job. I plan on having Sid back to replace the rest of my interior doors. I highly recommend this company.
