Awesome! Mike is very responsive and professional. He is honest and upfront. The job was completed as expected and it looked great. This is a sunroom that was initially built by Signature Specialty Contractors approximately 10 years ago. It is in great conditions and just needed a few areas caulked. We would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone that is looking to have a screen enclosure or sunroom built.

Signature Specialty Contractors was great to work with from beginning to end. We added a 13'x27' screened in, covered patio with pavers onto our house. Tom came to the house and provided a quote very quickly. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about his work. His motivation coupled with Signature's gallery is why we chose them. Tom was always very easy to get in contact with, which was a pleasant surprise. Signature handled building plans with an engineering firm and the permits with the county. They helped us get in contact with the paver company to obtain samples, which was very helpful in choosing our style/color of pavers. Once we had the building permit, they didn’t waste any time beginning the work. We got our building permit on a Wednesday and work began the following Monday morning. The build took less than two weeks from beginning to end. Everyone who came to the house was pleasant and hard-working, and that showed in the final product. Tom was always available to answer questions, even after the project was completed and on weekends. I would highly recommend Signature because of their professionalism, quality of work, timing and communication. We are very pleased with our new patio and would choose them again.

We used Signature Specialty Contractors for our first screened in lani and had such a great experience with them, that we used them for our second home screened in patio and as usual they were fantastic from beginning to end. I can’t say enough about them I would rate them an A+++

I waited until we had a few storms before writing this review. During the estimation process we discussed options which resulted in less work for the company and less expense for me. The work the company performed has exceeded all my expectations. There were a few curve balls thrown into the work due to the age and structural strength of the enclosure which the company handled well and with a certain amount of anticipation; they liked the challenge. In addition to the rescreening the company strengthed the enclosure structure with brackets and additional cables, and built a cat door on the lanai. Both of these additions to the original quote were reasonably priced. They were prompt, efficient, friendly, and professional in their work and their personal behavior (language and music choices). The owner of the company headed the project.

Great from start to finish: - Tom was prompt to come and get lanai specs and send a quote; - Heidi was very friendly and flexible with scheduling to meet our needs; - The Client Portal, for accepting quote, signing contract and paying our invoice, was super easy to use; - Jason and crew were very friendly and professional. It was a very rainy period and that interfered a bit with getting started and finished. Nothing that could be helped with that. I dealt with Tom, who came and gave the estimate and any questions were promptly answered. Email worked well to ask questions. The bid came via email. I tried to get other bids but the other two screen guys names I got from Angies List never called me back.

staff are very professional and prompt in responding, which I appreciate it. few issues with the concrete slap, first it was not placed at the same level as the original level, this created a slop in the patio, which doesnt look nice, I discovered this once the tile people came and said it can not be at one level, I called Signature who came and evaluated the situation, after 1-2 weeks of back and forth with them, I decided to move on with the tiles and now a have a little slop in my patio, nothing could be done to fix it unfortunately a year later, I discovered a leak from the irrigation pipe underneath the concrete slap, it looks like they capped a line and left it their, then poured concrete on it, seems to be it broke and now I have to reroute that segment of irrigation to avoid water underneath the slap, this should have been done before the concrete as it would have cost me much less, I called them and they sent their irrigation colleague which was again professional and polite, and offered me a good price for the work, which still I have to schedule bottom line, excellent aluminium work for screen enclosure, but the concrete contractor that they hired for my work did 2 mistakes that I am paying to fix, they tried to help in the aftermath but little could be done

Signature was extremely professional. It came down to two companies and we chose Signature. They took care of obtaining the proper county permits and provided the paperwork required to be submitted to the HOA for approval. We worked with three groups, the first group did the prep work and poured the footer, second group did the paver installation, and the third group erected the screen room. All three groups were professional and hard working. We were extremely satisfied with the results. We also were impressed that the manager came by daily to check on the work and answer any questions we may have. Highly recommended.

The price was high, but it was also average because we got other quotes and they were about the same. We probably would not use them again. Some -- and that's an important word, "some" -- some of the subcontractors that this company hired were not as good as they should have been. And Signature, themselves, admitted that and they tried to make good, as much as possible, on the errors. But, we shouldn't have had to go through the errors. All of the actual work was subcontracted to different companies. One company for the concrete... One company for the enclosure, which is aluminum and screen. We just bought this house and we're slowly altering it to our tastes.

Every part went very well. From the original contact, setting up the appointment, Greg arriving on time and doing the estimate. Greg going over all the areas I needed to know and answering all my questions. Then the work being scheduled and done so well. The final followup by Greg, The other two firms I got estimates from , well, not close. I would whole heartily use and highly recommend this company. Understand they were not the lowest estimate but very competitive. No issue there at all. The overall early professionalism was so fine they blew the others away. Make sure you request Greg as well.

I called several companies to get estimates. Several never even returned my call. I got 3 estimates total. All were within a few hundred dollars of each other. Tom from Signature came out when he said he would and was ready for the appointment with tape measure, all the information that I would need and pictures. He offered some suggestions that I wasn't aware were even options ( like a channel for conduit). He kept me informed throughout the process as to when the permit was approved and the concrete guys came out when they were supposed to. I had questions during the install and he answered the phone right away and answered my questions fully. The install went really well, on schedule. Tom came out to check on it when it was done to make sure I was happy. Several months later I realized that lizards could get in under the weather stripping on the door. I sent Tom an email and he called me the same day to make sure he understood what I needed and said he would come out and replace the weather stripping. He came out within 3 days and took care of it. It was a pleasure to do business with Signature and Tom and I would highly recommend this company.

Of all the estimates I received (most were from Angies list) Tom with Signature was the most informative and professional. As it turns out they were the most inexpensive as well. They pulled the permit quickly and got to work two week ahead of when they had projected. The end result was twice as better then I expected.

John explained that the parts were commercial & wouldn't be found in hardware stores. He then confirmed my address & offered to send someone to not only drop one off but also install it. We didn't need it installed but it was nice to have been offered. The parts were dropped off today! And they fit! You can't even buy that kind of customer service these days.
