I had my roof replaced last month.  The price was fair and Mike gave a very professional quote.  He had in his folder, his business license, insurance, samples, everything a person could ask for. The reason I'm writing besides recommending ShingleMasters is that they also did a wind mitigation inspection with pictures.  They gave it to me along with a cd of the pictures.  They said to submit it to my insurance company to see if my homeowners insurance could be lowered.  IT WAS!!!
It dropped from over 2000.00 down to a little over 1100.00!!  So if you have had or planning to have a roof replaced check with your insurance and see if you might be able to get your insurance lowered.  I also go a quote from Home Depot, cheez, what a joke!.  They wanted 7000.00 more!!  Anyway, if you are looking for a roof replacement,repair, keep ShingleMasters on your list.

The job was started on time and finished the same day. The workers were polite and they made sure that all materials were cleaned up. I was amazed at the quality and punctuality shown during the job. Afterwards, I wasn't expected to pay until the home was inspected with the owner, Ed, and I was satisfied. To top it all off, I was able to save an additional 20% annually on homeowners insurance due to the wind mitigation docs that I received from Shingle Masters. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys to my neighbors or friends.

Impeccable workmanship.  He was very responsive and extremely professional.  He was very meticulous with the work that he did.  He had a crew that worked very well together, which is important.  They were very careful when they did the clean up at the end. 

There was a problem with communication, the workers spoke little or no English. I was to have been told someone would come the next week to do the finish work on the sofit and facia, instead I was given the impression it was up to me. So I did buy materials, only to have the worker show up the next Monday. We have had 2 very heavy rains since the work and no more leaks!

ShingleMasters was the only company that identified an original design flaw. I asked the other companies if they observed any design issues and none identified the existing problem. Mike, with ShingleMasters took pictures of the problem and gave me a drawing with the proposed solution.
This is a small family-owned company that understands how to properly treat customers in all aspects as well ads doing an outstanding job.
The workers were courteous and each did a good days work every day.
They cleaned up all stray nails at the end of each day with a large magnet on wheels - sort of like a work broom on wheels but instead of bristles, it had a huge magnet.
A couple days after completion, I noticed a problem where the shingles overhung a lanai roof and they addressed it that day which took them a few hours.
Like I told Mike when handing him the check, I don't mind writing the check for a job well done and to a deserving company.
As you might thing, yes, I am a happy customer... :)

Shingle Masters was great!  They came when they said they would and did exactly what they said they would.  We have a great new roof now.  Everything was cleaned up well too.  They were even willing to work around our schedule and would have waited to be paid for us to get back in town from a trip, but I arranged for my brother to meet with them at the end of the job.  The only problem we had was trying to make contact with the office a couple of times and a 3 dog escape from an open gate in the back yard.  I would definitely recommend Shingle Masters to anyone needing a roof!

I originally gave Shingle Masters an "F" rating due to not hearing back from them after multiple calls/emails, but I have updated my review now - I now give them a "B" rating overall. Due to the need to get my roof fixed I did end up persisting with them and had them do the estimate and work. I persisted because although I felt my messages fell between the cracks, overall the ratings and recommendations from friends gave Shingle Masters a high rating, and at the end of the day I wanted quality work done.

After the quote, the guys came out as promised and completed the work, and were very professional. The issues I had with my chimney meant that unfortunately the leak continued, even after the initial repair and drywall repair inside. I called the company and they came back, did some more checking and decided to redo the flashing and more leak proofing. The guys came back to re-repair the drywall inside.

I felt that the follow through with the problem we had was good, and obviously the company took care of the costs of coming back and re-repairing, so I feel that due to the follow through and attitude of the guys that they deserved an upgraded rating from me to "B". I would mark them as "A" if the communication issues originally hadn't happened. But, I do appreciate the work being done and even with all the heavy rain this past summer I have had no recurring leaks, so I'm happy.

I contacted 4 companies to give me an estimate.  Only 2 returned the call and came out.  The other company that came out had to be told to actually go up on the roof to look (I already had the insurance check).  Shingle Masters gave the full service in a timely and professional manner. A discount was available to Angie's List members that alleviated some of the costs.  The job was performed quickly and on time per our agreement.  Cleanup was excellent and followup was performed to make sure I was satisfied.  All the workers were polite and professional.  I highly recommend them to anyone requiring roofing services.

Prior to replacing our roof, we had gotten many estimates. 

Shingle Masters was competitively priced. They explained the different charges and our options in great detail, in terms that were easily understandable. There was no pressure to go with a more expensive option.

They did the job in one day and cleaned up afterwards. I left for work in the morning with the old leaky roof and came home late afternoon to  the new roof almost being done.

It was so much easier than we anticipated.  I would use them again in a heartbeat.

While paint my house I noticed a soft spot in the roof.  I found Shingle Master on Angie's List.  they came out and found that there was a problem, said they could match the shingles and repair the roof.  Their work was fast, fairly priced, and professionally done.

It's beautiful. The windows are nice and the doors. My electric bills are a lot better. I would use them again in the future.

They were very professional and did and outstanding job!  We would highly recommend them to our friends and neighbors.  We received quotes from four roofing companies and based on that research if we used other vendors we may have been able to save some money, possibly 10%, but we would have had to use multiple vendors, probably 3 or 4 vendors to do all of the things above.  Shingle Masters was able to handle all of the work themselves.  One stop shopping and one vendor responsible for all aspect of our roof and warranty.  It was well worth the slight premium paid. 
We only had one minor issue, we kept finding roofing nails, so we called and they came back out promptly with their magnet to sweep the property.  Of all the things that can go wrong on a big project like this, the nails are a minor issue.  The rest of their work and service was superb!!

We'd watched Shingle Masters Roofing put new roofs on several of the homes in our neighborhood.  After finding our neighbors delighted with the experience, we requested an estimate.  Single Masters was comparable to other bids, and was willing to work with us on pricing.  They were courteous, prompt, and always returned my calls or emails.  They showed up when they said they would, and did everything on the contract without trying to push a bunch of unneeded things at us.  They gave us options with pricing so we knew exactly what we were getting for what amount of money.  We were really impressed with the work they did, and that they even returned to repair or replace any of the wired landscape lighting we couldn't remove before the roof was started.  I'd call them to replace the roof on any of our other houses, and recommend them highly for reliability, quality, and high level of service.

Initially met with Brock Beauchaine who gave a thorough review of our roof situation, and discussed what could be done. By far his presentation was the best of a number roofing companies that I interviewed! I was impressed with his knowledge, his answers to my questions, and explanations. Roofers actually were able to start ahead of schedule. Their work was professional and explanations were given as they proceeded as to how the work would be accomplished. It was obvious to me they wished to satisfy. Their crew supervisor (Chris) was very attentive in this matter. Ed Beauchaine met with me at the conclusion of the work to prepare a mitigation report, give me the guarantee documentation, and to ensure my satisfaction. I was very happy with their work. Please believe me and the other great comments that have been given about this company!

What can I say? Mike Beauchaine and his crew made what could have  been a terrible experience, into a pleasant one. Mike is professional, has a friendly, easygoing way about him, and explains everything that will be happening. He worked with our insurance company, and set everything up.
 I was amazed when his crew arrived. Mike uses a  7 or 8 people. Because of this, the roofing part of the job was finished in less than a day and a half.
The guys work in a neat, professional fashion, and are careful in making sure that there is no debris left at the site.Even though we had only talked about repair of the Solar Tube, Mike thought that the installation of the old tube was not up to his standards, and replaced it completely.
About a week after the roof was finished, another worker came and replaced the cage screens. Then someone came to add the downspout. All in all, it was a very positive experience, and I would recommend his company without reservation.

Outstanding. I got three quotes for the job, and Shingle Masters had the most comprehensive quote and best price. Brock Beauchaine was very thorough in the pre-bid meeting and had several good suggestions, such as adding solar powered roof vents, which I hope will save energy on air conditioning by lowering the attic temperature. Unlike the others, Shingle Masters included an allowance for plywood decking if any rot was discovered, as well as for any fascia needed. A wind mitigation survey was included in the price, as was a 50 year warranty. All of these would have been extra cost from the other contractors. The after job clean-up was also very good. I would definitely recommend Shingle Masters for any reroofing projects.

They were exceptional from beginning to end. They have been the recipient of several first place awards in our area newspaper and came highly recommended in addition to Angie's List. Brock did my proposal which was professionally done. Everything was explained and I called several times with additional questions. I ended up meeting the entire family, Mike and Ed during the process. They made several trips prior to my signing the contract, to assist with and provide additional shingle samples, references and actual locations in my community that I could drive by and actually see how the color would look on a completed roof. .Every product certification they said they had, I confirmed. I was so pleased with everything I even had their Construction Division come and do some additional repairs on my home.

Very professional, thorough company. Part of the roof needed to be repaired along with some of the wood underneath. They made the repairs including new shingles and flashing. Then theyrepaired the stucco (due to the roof repair) and lastly painted the stucco. I was told exactly how the process would work and that's exactly how it went.

From the first time we met with Shingle Masters, they were very professional and sensitive to our needs. A thorough estimate was prepared, and presented to my husband and I same day. We were provided with several options for roofing materials and shingle manufacturers. They were very thorough with detailing the benefits of various options. Shingle Masters were the only roofer we met with that provided a COMPLETE estimate, without any guesswork of "how many extra plywood panels are we going to need" or any other  hidden items. I loved to hear that the estimate was the final price, even if they found something else after they started, we would pay no more. 
They arrived on time the day scheduled. The whole day ran like clockwork from the moment they arrived. The team was large, tenured and very efficient. They took great care to cover all plant life, the pool, and other yard areas. They were very careful not to damage anything on the property. Although they had said at estimate that they'd finish in one day, I've never seen that accomplished before. True to word, the teardown, preparation, reroof, wood repairs and ALL cleanup was performed before they left that day. We were amazed! They took great care in ensuring that all old roofing materials were cleaned up, and performed several sweeps to ensure they picked up any old nails. Since they repaired/replaced several sections of wood, those areas needed to be repainted to match the existing surface. I thought that I had the paint in the shed, but ended up that I didn't. They took a sample, purchased the paint, and those sections were painted and completed the following day. I had noticed that the drip tray on one of my potted plants was broken. Without hesitation, they replaced the pot bottom.
They scheduled the final inspection, and once completed, came back to my house to collect payment. It was exactly what I was quoted - period.
In the past 16 years, this makes the 3rd re-roof I've had performed. I've never had before the professionalism or quality that Shingle Masters provided.
I'll gladly refer them to my friends!

Getting it all took interviewing 20+ companies and making a false start with one that ended up not being insured (so sad to say he was a Veteran) who kept my $2,000 deposit.

BUT it was worth the wait..I DID GET IT ALL:  PRICE, QUALITY, SPEED and PROFESSIONALISM.  As a widow, it seemed like all the estimators were trying to 'flirt with me' to get my business.  They took a couple of weeks to get to me, but it was worth the wait.

They gave me a insurance certification for the remediation, all kinds of warranties and all sorts of other goodies.

I would highly recommend them.

I called and left a message for Mike.  He called me right back and was out to our home to review the work required within 2 days.  He climbed up and walked the roof and found a second area where the shingles had blown off during a storm and he found where the vent ridges were not sealed by the builder.  He explained what he had found and the work and materials required to fix the areas.  He provided me with a quote for $200 and said that he would have a crew at my home that following Saturday to perform the work.

As promised, two of his workers were at my home that Saturday and fixed the problems.  They were prompt, reasonably priced, honest, provided great service and  stayed within the estimate.  Great experience.  Based on my experience I would recommend Shingle Masters to anyone in need of roof work.
