The person who came to my home arrived on time, was polite, explained everything and answered all my questions. He said that he had 30 years experience doing this. He gave me a written estimate. He cut the existing PVC in several places, re-oriented the entire pump by rotating it 90 degrees counterclockwise, added a three-way value to control the water flow into the pump, and made sure the filter basket was easy to access. His work was quiet and quick. I am satisfied with the work and recommend this company to anyone.
